Out in the ForestFinrod walked along the edge of the forest with the gates insight but his eyes were scanning the perimeter to make certain his treasured Wood was in perfect condition.
Anne sulkily ran a hand through her red hair as she walked along the borders of the forest that bordered a part of her hometown, Bree. She got out a dagger and marked the end of another day on her boot. Another day alone. By now, there was almost two years' worth of marks on her boots. Two years without her beloved little brother.
Fin looked curiously at the girl but saw no point in her marking her boot. He approached his face covered from below his eyes down and his piercing Brown eyes cold as he asked "What is the point of that girl?"
She frowned at the sound of a voice and looked up to see a man. With an icy blue stare she said haughtily, "You do not wish to know, trust me." She kicked up a dead leaf. "Nor do I believe that is is any of your concern."
"You are in my realm now so I think it is" he said catching the leaf and singing the leaf back to its green state.
She looked at the dagger, gave a hurt sigh, and mumbled, "It is not a subject that I like talking about." Anne watched him sing the leaf back an she took a step away. "Are you an elf?" She asked.
"Like you can't judge that for yourself" he said with a roll of his deep golden eyes. His tall but thin frame said he was elven but he was more defined and muscular then an usual elf which showed his military background as well as his stature.
"Hmmm," she said, eyeing him with a narrowed gaze, "yes you are. But a military one at that." She sighed and said, "Well, I ought to go. I don't normally converse with elves."
Mae approached the gates with caution, having heard voices only moments earlier. She glanced around, searching for the source.
Anne turned to see a girl approach the gates to Bree as well. Judging by her movements, Anne guessed she was a human. It would not have been hard to distinguish Anne from being a human as opposed to and elf had she not done years of military and sneaky training. She moved fluidly, unlike some humans, and whenever she was called an elf, or asked whether she was half-half, she was deeply insulted.

"I doubt it would be a shock to my ears girl, I am sure years have shown me all that is possible" he said not letting on he was 21 centuries old.
"Let us jut say it is primarily revolving around Sauron," she said, "egotistic parents, and an- innocent- little brother." She added, looking at the elf.
Fin scratched under his cowl for a moment as he thought of the possibilities. "I am guessing something along they didn't want you so they didn't pay then Sauron or a minion of his killed your brother and that is what the cuts mean. Am I on the right path?" he asked after pointing to her boot.
"I still give my condolences even if they have no weight for you and he is a part of nature now so not all bad" Fin said as he guarded nature and it had protected him in turn.
"No… not quite." She said and looked at him with a hardened stare, chilly in all its blueness. "A rotting corpse on the battlement's of His Greatness's fortress, given to the crows, I daresay, and with an orc-arrow through its side."
"I think we all hope so… but for the moment…" She switched to black speech, which she knew this elf wouldn't understand. "Ech sikûn torfene." A shadow dwells upon these lands.

She shrugged. "It was," she said icily, "And I shan't tell you the details, for I don't know whether I can trust anyone… after what I've been through."
"Only beings of good nature don't feel my blade so does that speak for me or maybe this.." he said and whistled as a giant 800 pound grizzly lumbered t Fin's side and sat next to him asking with his small black eyes "why was I called?" "Oh be nice Ron, this is Ron by the way" Fin said turning to Anne with a nod.
"Oh I wouldn't do that, he is forgiving but not that much" he said waving Ron down just in case. Ron tilted his head at the girl as if trying to say 'really?'
"A special bear, watch" he said and handed the bear an apple. Ron took it but instead of eating he balanced it on the top of his hand.
"Yes I know that is why I feed him regularly for his help as well as a tiger" he said with a shrug as he had been a nature wizard for two-thirds of his life.
"Oh maybe he followed me here by accident" he said as a large striped brown tiger came up next to Ron which was majestic and terrifying at the same time.
Anne frowned. "Ridiculous." She said, and looked at the animal.
((Tigers technically don't exist in Middle Earth.))

((Aw can I make one that is similar since we have giant Hyenas?))"Not like the reviving people tactic is fool proof" he said with a shrug and pet the beast.
Anne drew her sword. "It looks like a goddamned striped Warg." She said.
((The giant hyenas are Wargs, and they're ridden by orcs...))

((Well then maybe this is a odd genetic mutant warg))The tiger growled at the mention of those ugly drooling excuses for animals. "He doesn't like being associated with them or orcs so try avoiding that" he said patting the animal's head to calm it.
She scowled t the beast and waved her sword at it in an irritated manner. "Well then." She said, turning her back to the elf, "I had best be going."
The tiger narrowed its eyes right back which was not a good thing considering it weighted half a ton. "Alright then just don't destroy my wood or I will have to visit you" he said warning her.
She snorted, laying the blade to a rest on her shoulder as she turned back to face him. "I shan't destroy your wood, unless I have reason to. Good day." She replied brusquely, and then started towards Bree.
Elves, she thought as she knocked on the gates to Bree. The watchman let her pass with gruff words.
