I had a quick question, or suggestion. Either or. Would it be a good idea to have a discussion thread that had a list of all the characters and who is playing who? I have one made up that I am going to use for myself. It includes the player's characters and their family members. It would also help everyone to see what leadership roles are still available.

Basically the two cats become close and are romantically involved. Some mates have kits, others don't. Basically think of people dating.

I think you need to be approved first, and as for the requests, I'm not sure. There's the chat folder or you might be able to ask here.

The only person who is really supposed to do that is Alex. There aren't any other mods currently and I think she went offline. It would probably be best if you didn't ask us to approve it so that we don't get into trouble.

It is assumed that there is one now, since there's a rule in the warrior's code: If the current deputy were to die or retire a new deputy must be appointed by moonhigh (midnight). (Edited the time, I got it wrong)

But since no one has made a Riverclan deputy it is hard to say. We only assume that there is a deputy functioning in the clan right now, but no one is playing it. Now, we could come up with a little RP arc that makes it so this "invisible" deputy either dies or retires and a new deputy must be appointed. It could make for a good story.

Or we could go for simpler and you can just request to be appointed.

I believe they can die of old age. It's weird, most leaders often don't though because they tend to perform the more risky aspects of clan life in order to save clanmates who only have one life to give. I do not think a leader will have immortality if they keep multiple lives and reach old age. In one of the books, one of the leaders lost all of his lives at once due to a very severe injury. I imagine old age is like that too, once the body starts dying there wouldn't be much to come back to.

Yeah my answer is just an opinion, but there's never been an instance of a leader surviving for an extra long time because s/he has extra lives that I have read of (and there's only a handful of books that I haven't read yet). I hope that helps.

And that's mostly because the leaders died from injuries, illness, etc multiple times through their lives. I think most live to be about 8-10 years. Some can live longer, think of the longest lived elder. But I don't think they'd realistically live much longer than 12-15 years.

No, if a position is open you can have it.
