This "author"(see link above) has no published books. In fact Charles Church has no entries except for the name. I suggest at some level of super duper librianship people be empowered to delete cases of NOT AN AUTHOR.

Hi, I'm hoping this is an appropriate thread for this request.

My father- J. Masters- wrote From Macho to Mom. I did the cover art for his book. I noticed a different edition (for the paperback) has now been added- one where I'm credited for 'illustrations.' I feel this is misleading and not representative of my part in the book. I do not wish to be credited like this and am only listed within the copyright page for the cover art- there are no internal illustrations. Is there an option for 'cover design' on Goodreads like on Amazon? (that is how I'm listed there- for cover design). Or is 'illustrations' the only option for this type of contribution?

Also, his book is listed under the biography of another J. Masters- one who appears to write nonfiction (Human Cell Culture, Trial at Monomoy). Is there a way to separate my father into a new profile so only his work is associated with him?

Is this the right place to ask for help? I have just sent off another request to link my profile with my author profile. This is the fourth request in as many months. I have received nothing though. Am I doing something wrong? Is the request not getting through? A friend of mine had her profile linked within weeks. I've been waiting several months now.

Please someone help me. There are these three author profiles: Roth Arthur (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...) , Arthur Roth (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...) and Arthur J. Roth (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...). They are all the same author but the first one has his first and last name mixed up and the second doesn´t have the initial of his middle name. The last one has most books, including those in the two others´ profiles.
So two of these need to be deleted making sure that all of the books stay on one profile. Thank you
