Has anyone else read this book yet?
I started it last night and really like it so far. This one seems to have grabbed me from the start much quicker than the first book did so I am looking forward to seeing how things develop further.

message 3: by Kate S (new)

Kate S I read this one several years ago. Odd Thomas as a growing character is just fantastic, especially in the first couple of books. I found the plot of this one to be faster and a lot of the groundwork character building was unneeded by the time I started this book. I guess that is true of most series...

I just finished this book and absolutely loved it!
I found it so much more interesting than the first one and literally could not put it down once I was over 2/3 through.
Odd's character develops so much more in this instalment and the plot line was really fast moving and engaging.
I can't wait to read the rest of the series now!
