My husband is not a tofu fan. Would this be a dish that a person who isn't fond of tofu would enjoy?
I'd love to give this recipe a try (and probably would even if it's something he doesn't particularly enjoy).

Myself, I rather enjoy tofu, if it's seasoned in some way. Like you say, with tofu it's all in the seasoning.

This sounds interesting. I've never had tofu, but anytime you add cheese or potatoes to a recipe, you can't go wrong. I look forward to giving this one a go.

This has to be one of the most interesting lasagna recipes I have ever seen! I'll have to give it a try and just leave out the fact that it has tofu in it. LOL
