↬| DAHR-see | Darcey means "descended from the dark one" in Irish and it fits perfectly for Cey, who is a complete sadist. Though in French, Darcey means "person from Archy"--Archytecta, Chemin de la Peyrière, Carpentras, France. Cey is clearly not from Archy, so her name is probably derived from the Irish.
↬| SKAHR-lət | Scarlet is a bright shade of red, usually used to describe blood (along with the word crimson). Cey's last name was derived from that word, just with an extra 't', and it's obvious why. Cey's family specializes in Blood Manipulation more than their other Magics, after all.

Taureans manage to discreetly stay apart from the crowd, even though they have a well-earned reputation for being socialisers. They will let others get close, but only so close as they want them. Some claim that trying to get your point across to a Taurean, should they not want to hear you, is rather similar to talking to the trees – they simply won't budge. The bull was considered a sacred animal in ancient Mesopotamia, Greece, Rome and Egypt to name a few. It is common to see the bull offered as a blood sacrifice in these cultures.

In Celtic symbolism the bull represented physical strength and power. To the Celtic way of thought, the bull was also extremely virile, and so symbolized fertility and the power to procreate - to extend the life of the clans. Druids associated the bull with solar energy and the female cow with earth energy. The bull was also symbolic of great luxury, wealth and provision by later Celts. Indeed, cattle were a source of income and supply in many forms - a way of life for the Celts for centuries.

↬Immortality
Being a Witch, Cey is not mortal and is therefore immortal, so she cannot die out of age. She can be only killed through fatal injuries and Magic. Poison takes no effect on her due to her and minor injuries cannot kill her for she is regenerative.

↬Enhanced Superhuman Conditions
Cey can beat a normal human in hand to hand combat without breaking sweat thanks to her enhanced superhuman conditions, which allow her to have greater strength, speed, invulnerability, dexterity, flexibility, endurance, agility, reflexes, senses, stamina, marksmanship and a few more others. Regeneration is also included, so she is able to heal faster than a mortal is able to.

↬Body Manipulation
Cey's family, the Scarletts, is famous for their Body Manipulation Magic, which grants them full control of their selves and others' too. There are many applications of Body Manipulation [check them out here: powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Body_Mani...] and one of them is Blood Manipulation, which the Scarletts are most known for. Yes, Body Manipulation can get gory and creepy but Cey isn't bothered, she is a sadist after all.

↳Blood Manipulation
[http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Bl...] Sometimes known as Hemokinesis or Haemokinesis, Blood Manipulation Magic is Cey's family's specialty. She can manipulate her own blood or the blood of others or the blood from the surroundings, example in a hospital or blood-bank. She can solidify/crystallize the blood to construct weapons such as swords or daggers. Sometimes even guns. Her blood (note that it's only her blood and not anyone or anything else's) can even be acidic or explosive if she wishes, too.

↳Natural Weaponry
Alike Wolverine from Marvel comics, Cey has the power of Natural Weaponry. She can lengthen and sharpen her nails by will and make them claws, same goes for her teeth. She can make use of her bones, too. [Check http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Na... for more.]

↳Regenerative Healing Factor
[http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Re...] Cey can regenerate really quickly, therefore she hardly runs out of blood to use or is permanently injured. If one of her limbs are lost, she can either regenerate to form a new one or place the limb back for rapid regeneration. This is also why Cey is never caught sick or poisoned, her body always regenerates to its healthy state.

↳Auxiliary Organs
[http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Au...] Cey has two hearts, believe it or not. One is where everybody else's is and the other is somewhere else--she won't ever tell you. You may shoot her in the chest, towards the left, and take our one of her hearts, but because she has another, you won't be able to kill her before the one you've shot regenerates back.

↬Spell Casting
Cey is a Witch, so obviously she has the ability to cast spells. Besides Body Manipulation Magic, Cey can cast a couple of simple spells, too. One of the examples is amateur Fire Magic, or any of the other Elemental Magic.

Cey's Magic is mostly suited for close-range combat--plus, her marksmanship sucks--therefore she enjoys battling in close-range. Of course, she can always adjust her body to become slightly better in marksmanship, but she doesn't practice as much in that form as she does in her usual.

Physical Details:
↬Hair: Dark Blonde
Naturally, Cey's hair is blonde with dark highlights, which makes her hair dark blonde. But because she has Hair Manipulation in her hands, she can alter the length, texture and color of her hair, so you might see her with light blonde hair one day and dark brown in the next.

↬Eyes: Crimson
Naturally, Cey's eyes are crimson, the color of blood. But in order not to freak out everybody, Cey changes her eye color. The down side is that she can't decide what color she likes it to be, so she constantly switches between emerald green and azure blue.

↬Height: 5.6 ft
Cey settles with five feet six because she's comfortable with that height, it's not too tall nor is it very short. But if the time comes to be extremely tall or extremely tiny, she can alter her size any time.

↬Weight: Pretty Light
Cey prefers to be light so she can leap from tree to tree or do some gymnastics but--I know you know by now--she can change her mass as she wishes.

↬Blood Type: Acidic/Regenerative
Due to her Blood Manipulation Magic, Cey doesn't have human-classified blood. And as previously said, her blood may be acidic to others if she wishes it to be and it is naturally regenerative when in her body. If she tries to heal others with it, however, the blood will just be harmful to the receiver. Plus, her blood can be solidified/crystallized in or out of her body to form weapons or shields or Dermal Armor.

↬Scent: Blood/Metallic
First of all, just to clarify, Cey does not shower in blood. The reason why she smells--faintly--like blood is because... Well...because. Maybe it's a side-effect of her Magic, maybe it isn't. You'll just have to ask her. Really, really carefully.

↬Voice: Alto
Alto is the lowest female voice type, Cey thinks. It fits pretty well with her as she's usually growling or boasting with a really arrogant air to her words. ↬Hands
Both of Cey's palms are bandaged--clean or dirty, it depends on the time of day--because there is a diagonal slash on each of her palms. The wounds are for her to extract her own blood to form weapons--she works best with two weapons, one in each hand, so both hands have wounds on them. Her hands are the usual, but to be matter-of-fact, she can extract her own blood from anywhere on her body, she just happens to prefer her hands.

Style: Cey likes to move vigorously---probably some disorder of sort--and she finds it annoying when she trips over skirts. So she prefers jeans to skirts. Cey also fancies jackets and loose shirts, so her closet is mostly filled with jeans, shorts, t-shirts, wool or leather jackets or coats, and a few accessories--including hats, sunglasses and a bag or two.

✔Guns
Cey is equally well with archery, but shooting just happens to be more handy and deadly, so she favors guns more than arrows and bows. Her favorite types are the M-16 and Beretta Model 92--despite only owning it for a two years without much practice. It's proven that she's far better with the M-16 than her Beretta when she accidentally shot Evan's foot although she was aiming at his knee. But she likes to act as if she's perfectly comfortable with it. At least she is still pretty dangerous with it and her words aren't simply air. Which means Cey isn't allowed to have her guns anywhere in the campus. As for outside? Good luck.

✔Fast Cars
Having been rich for most of her life, Cey's love for sport cars remains undying and eternal. She might not have earned her driver's license yet, but Cey has driven a few--extremely slow--cars before and has decided that fast cars are the ones for her. Reckless and daring, Cey hates going slow and driving is no exception. If she ever drives, she drives fast--and over the speed limit.

✔Shiny Things
First of all, not all that is shiny is glittery, for "all that is gold does not glitter". And secondly, Cey hates glitter. Shine and sparkles are the thing for her, but not childish glitter, as she would put it. The things that attract her to them are gold, silver, gems, and, of course, sport cars. They should shine, but if they don't, the attraction is no more. How to differentiate "new" from "old" is simple for Cey. "New" = "Shiny", "Old" = "Rusty". No doubt this doesn't apply to everything, but Cey uses this to filter the accessories she wants from the ones she doesn't.

✔Money
Old habits/loves die hard. Cey is most addicted to money. She can't live without it--not much people can, actually. With her family's bank accounts all disabled and labeled as a wanted criminal--murderer, to be exact--Cey is penniless and desperate for cash. Two bucks for a whole week of manual labor is nothing. She'll do it. But of course, she hasn't done something that desperate yet. These days in Celestial Academy, she works part-time in Furie BBQ Grill as a waitress--but still, don't mess with her, she'd gladly throw a tray in your face a thousand times over.

✔Blood
It doesn't matter whose blood it is, Cey loves all blood in general. She doesn't drink it, of course, she just enjoys watching it ooze out of wounds. [Warning: she might get extremely sadistic.] The colors crimson and scarlet amuse her greatly, but she tries not to show it, for it might freak people out.

✔Fancy Houses
Despite her simple and casual dressing style, Cey likes fancy things. Mansions included. Having lived in one of the biggest and most expensive mansions in the world, not many buildings stand a chance in impressing her. She has visited and stayed in all the luxurious and heavenly hotels and penthouses, you name it, so living in a small and simple dorm is going to take some time to get used to.

Dislikes
✘ Old Things
Cey's going to have to live with old and second-hand things for now, but that doesn't stop her from being slightly disgusted. This behavior usually angers others--like it did to Evan, although he hid it pretty well--but Cey doesn't care. She loves new things which are the best of the best, and had always gotten them until her life turned upside down. She hasn't really gotten used to her twisted life now, much less the living style.

✘ The Color Orange
Flashy goes far, but it stops at orange. Offer Cey gold and she'll take it. Silver, yes. Ruby, yes, Emerald, yes. Sapphire, yes. Orange? No--just no. Cey finds orange too bright--even brighter than yellow, somehow--and it annoys her for some reason even when scarlet is slightly orange too.

✘ Ill-Control
Control and common sense are necessities to Cey. She can't live life without them and never wants to, although she has lost it a lot of times before. Desperately, she tries to change herself--although once a sadist, always a sadist--to have more control over her emotions. This is why she needs counseling almost every week for having intermittent explosive disorder(IED).

✘ Accusations
Cey has been framed for the murder of her parents and Evan Sullivan, and a few more including Kristen Alberto and a couple of policemen, so small little accusations anger her a lot, sometimes leading her to become extremely aggressive. Gossip and rumors are intolerable for her, too, and she despises them to the highest degree. Anyone who dares to gossip or rumor to/about her should be ready to face her wrath.

✘ Surprises
Female teenagers her age might be daydreaming about surprise sweet sixteen, but Cey would kill anyone who popped up in her dorm screaming "Surprise!" Who knows? They might be holding a rifle and meaning "Surprise! Happy Dying Day, Darcey!" Even if her M-16 and Beretta is stashed somewhere off-campus, Cey can kill with a blood-made gun or sword.

✘ Horoscopes
According to Cey, horoscopes are made of crappy bullshit. (Exact words.) She doesn't want to believe in all those prophecies, much less live by them. Who's to say you can't do this because you were born on the fourth of May? Rubbish. Cey does what she wants when she wants to the way she wants it to be done. Horoscopes can "screw themselves" if they want to limit what she can and will do.


Phobias
⁍Aichmophobia
It's the fear of sharp things, but in Cey's case, it only applies to pencils and needles, anything small and sharp, really. This is why she fails terribly at sewing, knitting and stitching, the needles scare her away before she has even started. Years and years of trying hasn't made her any less afraid of the sharp tips than she was from the first day.

⁍Coulrophobia
Never bring Cey to a circus or carnival or anywhere that has clowns in it because she suffers from coulrophobia, the fear of clowns. It's more serious than her fear for needles and sharp pencils, and at the sight of a clown--whatever it may look like--she'll explode in a crazed frenzy, most likely a violent one, too.
