Gigi's Cafe
Reese led her to the new cafe, and held the door open for her with a slight smile. She was glad that she was somehow trying to be a bit more open with people but necessarily starting a serious relations with him. She got them a table near one of the windows, and placed her bag one of the two chairs.
Alexandra set her stuff on the other chair, looking around. This place was nice, she liked the feel to it. A smile spread across her lips
"What are you planning on getting?" Reese asked, as she took a seat on the chair after she removed her bag off of it, once she had took out her credit card. Her eyes started to scan the menu.
Alexandra looked down, eyeing the menu. "If my parents were here, the answer would be salad" she said in an annoyed tone, "But they're not, so I'm getting dessert. Pie to be exact, apple." a smile slid across her pink lips
She flashed her a grin as their waitress came, and she was quick and eager to gave her oder, "I'm going to get a red velvet cake, and a white moca frap." She placed her menu done upon the table, as the waitress pick it up and turned her attention to Alexandra,
"And for you?" The waitress asked, with a welcoming grin.
"And for you?" The waitress asked, with a welcoming grin.
"Two slices of apple pie please, and a berry smoothie" Alexandra replied smoothly, flashing her nicest model smile. She then handed the waitress her menu
"It will be right up," The waitress grin, as she grabbed the menu from Alex's hand with a nod of acknowledgement before she headed off to fetch their orders.
"So, what grade are you in?" Reese chirped as she tried to make conversation, she could of swore she had seen the girl around school.

"I'm a junior, you?" Alexandra replied, sipping out of glass of water. "If it'snot school where you've seen me, it could've been the mags" she said, looking down at her laps
"Senior," Reese responded as she ran a hand through her hair, as the waitress came and handed out their orders, "I try and ignore the mags. Too many articles about my family." She let out a sigh, she hated that the paparazzi always stocked her parents around because they were both actors.
Ashon entered the cafe as his eyes fell upon his best friend. He then quickly gestured for Damien to follow them to their table. He tiptoed behind her, and leaned against her ear and whispered, "You should be in school."
Reese jumped and almost dropped her coffee with a soft yelp. She recognize the voice instantly through, "Ashton!" she exclaimed as she turned around and smacked his arms a few times, "I hate you. I hate you."

Suddenly a guy appeared. Alexandras eyes widened and she blushed. She was so uncomfortable around guys

Damien follows behind his friend, hands stuffed deep into his pockets and eyes roaming around. It had been a while since he'd last come to the cafe but he had to admit he kind of missed it. He couldn't help the snort upon spotting Reese, slowly shaking his head when Ashtion snuck up on her. "Dude, don't give the girl a heart attack. She's too pretty to die that young." He looked towards the other girl then, quirking a brow upon finding her unfamiliar but offering a polite nod of his head.
"I can't tell if you're being kind or sarcastic, Damien," Reese chuckled as she flashed him a soft welcoming smile. Other than Ashton, Damien, was one of her other friends. Truly, they weren't as close as her and Ashton, but she did enjoy his company, and would be lying if she said she didn't find him down right gorgeous. Her gaze then quickly fell upon Alexandra, "Yep. Famous parents, suck," she sighed as she took a sip from her coffee, "Take a seat guys. Alexandra this is Ashton, and Damien. Damien, and Ashton this is Alexandra."
Ashton chuckled as Damien's comment before, dragged a chair over. He shoved his bag off his shoulders, and placed in beside his chair, before flashing Alexandra a grin. He led his hand out for her to shake, "Nice to meet you, beautiful."

Drawing in a breath as dramatically as he could, Damien brought a hand to his chest and slowly shook his head. "Reese, I'm hurt." Though he tried to feign a look of hurt, his lips betrayed him as they tugged up into a smile. "Nah, but really. I'd probably toss this idiot off a bridge if he scared you that bad," he stated genuinely before grabbing a chair of his own. Though he and Reese weren't all that close, he did have a soft spot for her. Damien wasn't much for making friends with girls, but Reese had always been the exception. He couldn't really say why but-- what was the point in questioning something like that? Sitting backwards on his chair turning towards the other girl-- Alexandra? that was her name right? His smile slipped as it often did with new people, flicking his dark bangs from his eyes. "Hey, I'm guessin' you go to school with Reese?" he asked in a less than polite tone, peeking over the tops of his sunglasses to get a better look of the girl.
She gave him a strange look, "yes...i go to the same school as her, but i am a junior, not a senior." She sipped out of her glass od water, letting her bangs fall back over her eyes
"This is why I keep you another, Damien," Reese giggled softly, before taking another sip of her coffee, "We go to the same dance studio." She then placed her hot mug onto the coffee table to free her hands from heat. She straightened out her tight red dress. (view spoiler)Along with the dress, she was dressed in a white dress shirt underneath the dress, along with a pair of high knee spender socks, and a pair of black heels. She tossed Ashton a menu from the empty table next to them, hoping he would catch it, "Why aren't you kids at school?" she asked as she rose her blond brows in confusion.
Ashton caught it with a chuckle, before he shook his head, "I already know what I'm getting. Damien," he announced as he tossed the cafe's menu in his direction, "I could ask you two cheeky girls the same question." He stole Reese's spoon, and stole a piece of her red velvet cake, "Ummm. This is good." He could sense Reese's playful death glare burning into the side of his well defined face.["br"]>["br"]>

Alexandra tucked her hair back behind her ear, and then adjusted her scarf. She wore
It was tight against her small frame. She sipped from the water again, the moisture turning her lips a soft red. She cursed herself for being so nervous around males.

"And here I thought it was for my good looks," he joked easily before letting his bag slip from his shoulder to the floor. He was just sliding of his sunglasses before he caught the menu, brows furrowed as he flipped it open. Dark eyes scanned over the available choices, lips pursed in thought and peeking up at the sound of his friend's voice. Rolling his eyes with a slight smirk now on his lips, he leaned over the table towards Reese. Speaking in a stage whisper he playfully asked, "If you want me to knock him on his ass for that just let me know." Giving her a wink soon after he sat back in his chair, turning towards the other girl once again. "Ah, you're a dancer too then? What style are you into?"
"I dance all styles" She replied softly, swirling her water around in the glass, "But ballet is my favourite. Even if I didn't enjoy it, my parents would never quit anyways" she shrugged. Her parents were in charge of her entire life. "But luckily, I love it a lot"
Reese flashed a soft flirtatious smile in Damien's direction, before she chuckled softly before 'whispering' back, "I may just need to take you on that offer." She broke Ashton's grasp on her spoon, and took in away from him, "Get your own." She took a small spoon full and pressed it against her red lipstick stained lips, that matched her dress. She always had a thing for fashion, and was always up on the next new thing. For some odd reason, it gave her enjoy, and allowed her to forget about the problems brewing in her life.
"Boo you whore," Ashton joked, replying to her comment, with a fake pout in her direction, before tossed Damien a over dramatic hurtful look, as he pressed his hand against his chest, "I thought it was bros before hoes." He shook his head in a disproving way before, as he ran another head through his dark brown hair turned his attention to Alexandra, "I wish I could dance."

"It's not too hard" Harper said, smiling softly, "I could probably teach you if you really wanted" Her voice was softly and flowing, and had a certain tune to it. She had the voice of a singer, if she wasn't too shy to give it a try
Damien couldn't help be return the smile Reese's way, eyes shifting around as if he were making sure the coast was clear. "Just say the word and it'll get done," he stated while keeping up the stage whisper. For some odd reason, Damien always noticed the matching elements of Reese's looks. It was no real secret that the girl had a love for fashion, but it wasn't really anything he noticed on most other girls. Snorting out a laugh, he shot Ashtion an "apologetic" expression before shaking his head. "Now, what kind of gentleman would I be if I didn't even offer to help the lady out, man? My mom would smack me silly if she found out." While listening to the ongoing conversation, Damien returned his attention to the menu and tried to decide on what he would be having, making the choice several seconds later. Peeking up between Ashton and the other girl he had to bite back a laugh. "You can try to teach him but-- make sure there's nothing breakable around."
Alexandra watched the interctions between the two with interest. She lover the different ways people could behve and the subtlr glances. She made an art of watchinf
Reese couldn't control her laughter, as she pictured Ashton doing ballet. The poor kid couldn't walk straight, "Alex, don't waste your time. This guy has no hope." She took another spoon full of the cake, and her tastebuds exploded in enjoyment. She really couldn't get enough of this cake. She could feel Ashton's eyes on the cake, and she shook her head, "Sorry, bro. It's mine." She chuckled softly, as she saw a frown appear on his face, "But seriously, Why aren't you guys at school?" she asked, as she took another bite. She raised her brows waiting for a response.
"I was tried, and needed caffeine," Ashton responded with a nonchalant shrug, before his eyes fell upon the cake, and then quickly looked away and towards Alexandra, "Don't listen to them. I'm not that bad," he rolled his eyes in Damien's direction before stating, "You are a horrible best friend." He soft playful glare appeared upon his full lips, and then he broke in a boyish grin. He loved Damien, and Reese, they were always playful and joking. They may of fought a few times, but it was never serious. Just playful arguments.

Alexandra softly bit into her apple pie. "I believe you," she replied to him softly. "No one can really be bad at dance just not know how to dance" she smiled up at him, one of her softest model smiles
Quietly clearing his throat, Damien sat the menu down on the table before him. To avoid answering the question just yet, he raised a hand to get the waitress's attention, pursing his lips slightly. "Uh-- well, wasn't really feelin' all the good so..." Damien could lie to just about anyone on the planet, even his own family. But when it came to his friends? There was no way. "Okay, I had a hangover and didn't really feel like bin' in class," he rushed out and quickly moved on before Reese could comment. "But that's not the point. The point here is...Komo's dancing could be classified as a natural disaster." Feigning a dramatic expression, he reached towards Alexandra and placed a hand on her arm. His lips twitched with the effort of holding back a laugh as he said, "Run away while you still can."
Alexandra almot jumped out of her skin, surprised at his touch. She was mot used to contact with others...at least, as much as.she.could avoid it. Goosebumps erupted over her skin and she blushed, "sorry, you startled me"
Reese didn't like the fact Damien had been drinking, because it reminded her about her past that she didn't want to talk about. She wasn't friends with Damien at the time, and wasn't sure if he even knew about the drinking addiction she had. But then again, who didn't she was an insane partier, and basically couldn't go 24 hours without a drink. Of course, this problems caused her to be involved in a lot of things she regretted, and mostly couldn't remember, which allowed people to label her as a whore. It had been about two years since she had touched a drink, but no buddy still allowed her to live her past down. Every time, she past by people in the hall, she could hear their comments. She awkwardly rubbed the back of her neck, as she tried to laugh at the topic of Ashton's dancing. But the Shane came to her mind, and she tried to shake off the thoughts of her older brother.
Ashton chuckled as he playfully smacked Damien's arm with a unimpressed look, "Bro. I'm way better that doing than you," he responded as he wiggled his brows in his friends direction. He turned his brown eyes towards Alexandra, "He's an lair. Don't listen to him." He grinned once the waitress came, and he quickly ordered, "I'd like to have a coffee, black, and a piece red velvet cake. Also, a bagel." He was quite hunger since he was too tried to even try to eat the breakfast his maid made this morning.

Even without looking directly at Reese, he could sense the slight disapproval she had for what Damien had told her. Though he didn't know all of the details, Damien had heard from several sources about the state Reese was in a couple years back. He had only just met Ashton around that time, but it wasn't really routine for them to hang out-- and he had yet to personally meet Reese. All he had to go on were stories from other guys at their school, but even then he was always sure it had been nothing but exaggerations. Turning towards her then, he offered an apologetic smile. Whether for his actions or possibly triggering any sort of memory for her-- he wasn't really sure.
Clearing his throat once again, he pulled his hand from the girl's arm with a quick smile and mumbled "sorry 'bout that." After the smack to his arm, he pulled it to his chest and made a real show out of being "hurt" which of course he wasn't. "Do you see this? I'm tryin' to save the guy from embarrassment, and he hits me." Damined heaved an exaggerated sigh and practically deflated in his chair. Only until the waitress appeared, at which point he sat up straight and offered a charming smile. "Hey there, beautiful. I'll have a french vanilla latte, a bagel with vegetarian cream cheese, and a slice of chocolate cake. Thank you," his tone was lower than it had been; unintentionally alluring though the wink he gave her as she walked away was anything but.

Reese tried to flash him a smile, almost as if she was saying, i'm fine. She took another bite from her cake, and keep her eyes glued to her plate, as she tried to calm her thoughts. She stood up from her seat, and tucked it into the table, "I'm just going to go to the bathroom. I'll be right back," she grabbed her makeup bag from her dance bag and headed towards the cafe washroom. Reese always ended up replying her lipstick, when she was nervous, or trying to be calm, "Shane's been gone. But you can still stay strong," she whispered to herself. She let out a deep breath before heading back to the table.
Ashton chuckled as he rolled his eyes in Damien's direction, as he shook his head is disapproval, "You just scare girls away," Ashton stated as he gestured to Reese's empty chair with a laugh. He ran another hand through his always gelled back messy hair as he leaned back in his chair, "You're such a flirt," he explain as he said referring to the waitress.Damien has always been better with the ladies than Ashton, and he always had been a bit jealous. Though, he wasn't bad through, he is quite a ladies man, but Damien had skills.

Alexandra felt incredibly uncomfortable now that Reese was going. She carefully picked at her food, keeping her bangs in front of her eyes. She wondered why Reese had gone off and was tempted to follow
I'll have to make it up to her later on... Watching as Reese walked off, Damien felt incredibly guilty for all that he had done last night. In fact, he barely even remembered most of the night before due in large part to his drinking. Slouching down in his chair, he shot Ashton a look of mock outrage. "Uh, yeah, sure. That's why I had about ten girls tryin' to go home with me last night," he answered with a playful scoff. Catching a glimpse of Alexandra from the corner of his eye, he noticed that she seemed a bit out of place. It was in him to be polite-- no matter what anyone else said about him --so he turned his attention back towards her with warmer expression. "Sorry if this idiot's makin' you feel uncomfortable at all. Feel free to just kick him anywhere you please if you need to." Damien broke out in a wide, goofy grin then that he was sure would get him smacked-- again. But for the sake of not only Alexandra, but Reese who was returning to the table, the mood needed to be lightened.
"Jeez," Ashton chuckled, as he punched his friend's arm lightly, "Seriously. Putting me down isn't the only way to get a girls attention." He took a huge sip of his coffee, and that instantly regretted, it and started fanning his mouth like an idiot, "Hot. Hot. Shit. It's fucking hot." He cleared his throat to try and coverup his embarrassing incidence, "Have you guys heard of the party Tyson is throwing tonight?" He wiggled his brows in excitement. He wasn't a crazy partier, but it wasn't like he didn't like parties. Tyson always threw the best parties. You would be a loser to miss it.
Once Reese recovered from her laughing, she shrugged, "Parties aren't really my thing," she stated bluntly. Even after her drinking she had gone to a few parities, but they all consisted of trying not to drink. The last thing she needed right now was the temptation. She could fell Ashton's apologetic eyes fell upon her. She moved uncomfortably in his gaze, she didn't want to be looked at as something breakable. A victim. A child. Before she could even believe what she was saying, "Actually. I wanna go." She almost felt like she needed to prove herself to them. That she wasn't same broken girl, that you always needed to feel sorry for. She could see the surprised fall upon Ashton's face.

Alexandra nodded, "I heard of it, but wasn't sure if I should go or not" she shrugged. Party scenes weren't really her thing anymore...not after last time, with the stepmonster she was supposed to call a father. But she wanted to have a good time
Damien sputtered out a laugh as he watched Ashton experience the consequences of not being cautious with coffee. "Trust me, dude. I don't have to put you down to impress anyone. I just get kick out of it," he stated with a nod of his head-- his tone clearly joking. He knew as well as Ashton did that everything he did was all in good humour. As soon as the party was brought up however, his expression turned serious for a moment. He couldn't help but glance Reese's way, but he chose not to linger there for too long like Ashton was. Damien knew well and good he shouldn't be partying two nights in a row but-- who was really going to stop him? He could come up with any excuse and his parents wouldn't think twice about it. "You should come with us," he offered genuinely. Though he was sure Alexandra still wasn't completely comfortable with them, he could at least try right? "If you're lucky, you'll get to see Ashton do his amazing mating dance." He only hoped that Ashton wouldn't be too overbearing with Reese about the whole thing. Damien knew how his best friend was, and from the exchange between the other two it was obvious Ashton didn't quite approve.
Alexandra grinned, "And I can show the both of you the true meaning of dancing" she laughed slightly, her laughter like little bells,"That is, if you're ready to be put slightly to shame" She let the smile sit on her lips
((Yes :) ))
"For the last time," Ashton chuckled as he shot his friend a playful look, "I'm not that bad. Alexandra, don't listen to him, but be prepared to be shamed by my dance moves." Then he slowly took a sip of his coffee before turning his attention to Reese, "You don't have to go, if you don't want to," he whispered softly in her direction, and watched as she shook her head. Sure, he joked around a lot, but he wouldn't want to force her into something he knew she wasn't comfortable with. Ashton knew she didn't like parties, or even people for that matter.
Reese cleared her throat uncomfortably, as a blush rose upon her cheeks. She didn't like how he was over protective of her, and she especially didn't want to be treated like a child. That's the exact reason why she wanted to go to the party, to prove that she was not weak, "No, I want to go," She snapped, in his direction, almost as if she was closing her walls to Ashton, and she no longer wanted him inside. She took a deep breath, and realized she was being a complete bitch to her friend, who only cared for her. Then she continued with a playful laugh, "It will be fun. Alex, please, don't encourage them to dance."

Gwen walked in. "Hi Ashton." She waved and sat down.
(((view spoiler) ))
"Hey," Ashton flashed her a cute boyish grin, before pulling out a chair for her to sit beside him, "Everyone this is Gwen." He was happy to see her, her presence always bought him joy.

"Hi." She waved to them.
"Hi." She waved to them.
"I'll show them whats up" alexandra smiled, opening up slightly. Suddeny another girk was there. She could see the closeness between aston and gwen. 'Damn' she thought, 'looks like hes taken' she put her head in her hands. The cute ones always were
"What you doing not being at school?" Ashton asked as he jokingly raised his brows in an disproving look. He grabbed the menu that was in front of him, and passed it to her, "The red velvet cake is amazing." He gestured towards the cake in front of him, and the one in front of Reese.
Though he put on a sincere expression while nodding towards Ashton, Damien turned back towards Alexandra to quickly shake his head. He was grateful that the mood seemed to be a bit lighter, but he could see the worry in Ashton's expression while the party talk continued. The worry was inevitable really. If anything, Ashton had always seemed to treat Reese like his own family and even Damien couldn't help the feeling. "Komo, is that a grey hair I see?" He asked in a playful tone, though the look in his eyes tried to urge him to ease up a bit. "I'll be lookin' out for Reese too, alright? You just worry about not lookin' like a fool when you um-- 'dance'," he finished with air quotes around the last word. His dark gaze raised then at a somewhat familiar voice, promptly rolling his eyes in a playful manner. Gwen-- the only person in the world to bring such a goofy expression to his best friend's face. He'd heard of her from Ashton, but this was his first time actually meeting her. Damien gave a quick yet polite nod of his head, reaching into his pocket then to retrieve his phone. "The chick that lives a floor below me goes to school with Reese and Alex. I'm gonna check and see if she's goin' too."
Alexandra took another bite, chewing slowly. It was so different to meet so many people in one day. She finished the first slice of pie and moved to the second, enjoying having a full stomach
Ashton rolled his eyes in Damien's direction, before running a hand through his brown locks, "I am not uptight," he replied with a grin, but he muttered softly in his direction, "We can't be at her side at all times. If something happened to her like before-," he stopped himself once he realized he shouldn't be saying anything to Damien. He could feel Reese's judging face burn into the side of his face, and turned his attention to Qwen. A soft grin rose causes his dimples to slightly appear, "This is true. Monday's suck. You going to the party tonight, love." Once he heard Damien's comment about the girl that that lived below him, he playfully wiggled his brows in his direction, "Does someone have a little crush?"
Reese sent a glare in Ashton's direction, before letting out a sigh, and turning her attention to Alexandra, "Do you know what your wearing tonight?" she asked, flashing her a warm smile, before straightening out her dress, once again, out of habit. Billions of ideas for her outfit popped into her mind, and she tried to narrow it down. She debated whether or not she should go shopping. Her eyes flicked over to Gwen, and she gave her a welcoming smiling, "Ashton told me a lot of things about you. I'm Reese."

Not uptight? Damien only wished his friend could see his own look of worry when Reese was involved. With a slow shake of his head, Damien gave Ashton a look as if to say 'If you say so' before letting it go. It wasn't as if he didn't know they couldn't watch her the entire time but still-- And suddenly he felt a tad bit awkward. Damien knew something had gone on with Reese, but it had never felt like his place to ask. And now most definitely wasn't the time to push it. With his phone still in hand, his thumbs quickly moved along the screen as he typed up the text-- only to pause right before hitting send at his friends question.
Dark brown eyes immediately widened and darted in Reese's direction before looking away just as quickly. With a soft clearing of his throat, Damien quirked a brow before clicking his tongue. "Dude, no. She's like a sister to me at best," he explained as he sent off the text, returning the phone to his pocket. "You know the drummer in my band? Caleb? It's his little sister. Plus, you know I don't do 'crushes' anyways." Though he practically spat out the word as if ridding himself of a bad taste, that was a complete lie. It was more...he would never be one to actually admit to something like that. Slouching down in his chair, he took a bite of his bagel and hoped the topic would be left alone.
