They were the most admired and envied with Andre being the King of the school buy when Lissa was 14 they got in a car accident. She managed to save Rose but not her family. She tried to take her brother place in the social seen at the academy but often felt like she was failing. A teacher at the academy who seemed to be insane found out about Lissa's ability with spirit and told her to leave the school. She and Rose did so and have been on the run ever since.

Personality: Ayden has many friends at the Academy. She has to, after all. The thing is, that none of them are really her friends. Not because they have something wrong. No. She just likes to keep people at an arm's lenght. But she's seen so many of her classmates lose family members, friends, boyfriends and girlfriends, that she just doesn't want to go through more pain than what she needs to. Her top priority is to protect her own hear, that is fragile enough as it is. She, however is quick to laugh, and share with those around her, but always having in mind the potential danger of caring too much.
Likes: Parties, being listened to, being right, helping out with the Strigoi problem, even if it's in secret, cookies, gummi worms, and movies.

Strengths: Like any other Royal, she has a way with words. Not much physical strenght, but she makes up for it in determination to learn.

History: Her mother was a Badica, and her father a Zeklos. They got together in a sort of arranged marriage their families orchestated, thankfully, based on their already existing close friendship. The first child to be born was Ivan, and then a few years later, Ayden. Like other Moroi, she was sent to St. Vladimir Academy to study, but above all, to be safe from Strigoi. Her father was tragically killed during a random Strigoi attack where his guardian was killed too. Her brother died in a similar fashion, when his guardian was off duty. She knows, she knows it happens, but she can't help but blame the guardians for it. If he'd had another guardian... or if the one he had had been on duty, he'd be alive.
Major Events: The first Strigoi attack on the school, when they banded together to kill students. That was a turning point for her. It was when she realized Dhampirs would not be enough to win the war.

History: Verena sat with Christian on the floor. His arms were wrapped around her. A venomous Storgi stood in front of her, another stood their holding a half dead rabbit. Her parents. They wanted her and Christian to feed, or at least stand by their side. But all she could see was the Red ring around their eyes. "But m-mom..." she stuttered,"Get off the floor and drink Verena!" it spat at her. Verna closed her eyes and tugged tighter onto Christian.
Suddenly the door busted open. Both of the creatures turned back to look at the door. Their aunt Tasha stood their holding a silver stake. "Let them go! They've done nothing wrong to deserve this." She spoke wildly. "Aunt Tasha?" Verena heard Christian squeaked beside her. The creatures hissed at Aunt Tasha. "I thought we told you to stay out of this. We don't want anything to do with you." what used to be thier father spat. "I won't let you do this to him Lucas." She shook her head.
Verna couldn't remember what happened next. She had seemed to have blacked out or just forgotten it on purpose. She sat in a medical bed with Christian sitting next to her on it. There were tears in his eyes and his head was bowed. "That's all I can remember." She spoke proudly, for the age of 12 that is. The man stood at the end of her bed with a pen and notepad in his hands. "Are you sure Ms. Ozera?" his eyes lifted from the pad for the first time. "You don't have anything to add?" This was directed to her brother. He just shook his head and spoke quietly."You already know the rest."
The man finished a sentence and looked up once more. "Well I'm finished with my questions for today. If I have anything more to add I'll notify you in the morning." Tasha stood from her chair in the corner. There was a huge bandage on the corner of her face. "Thank you Nick. I have a few questions myself. Why don't we step into the hall and let the kids rest." He nodded and said to us,"I'm sorry for your loss. I'm sure a lot of people haven't said that."Thank you sir." Verna said firmly her eyes hard. He left the room for her and Christian to talk. Tasha hovered by the door,"It's going to be okay kids." We didn't answer her they think the look in their eyes were enough.
When she left Verena pulled back the covers for Christian. "Can you sleep here tonight? I really don't want to be alone." She asked. Christian nodded and slipped in beside her. "I can't believe their gone." He whispered. "I know but they were already gone. They weren't our parents today." he shrugged as he looked at the ceiling. "I know but it was to believe." Verena rolled onto her side. "Ya for a while." She sighed as she fell asleep.
