Giordano's in Chicago is known for it, and it's really good. Now that I don't eat wheat, and have moved out of state, it's been years since I had any.
However, I am also a big fan of ham and pineapple, so I'm glad to see so many others here are too. ;-)

Now I don't think I've ever seen pizza with pineapple here either. But to be honest, didn't look much.
It could be country thing.
My fave is cheese with cheese and more cheese. :)
@Tea, cheese is a very popular flavor. Where I live the ham and pineapple is called a Hawaiian style pizza. I like to add jalapeno peppers to it as well. However, cheese, sausage and pepperoni are the most common pizzas here.

(*) HOW A "SPELL-IT-OUT" WORKS:
Spell out the word(s) using the first letter in the book's title, the first letter in the author's first or last name, or the first letter of a character's first, last, or nick-name, or the first letter of the series name. As always, if the first letter of a title starts with an indefinite or definite article ('A', 'An', 'The', etc.), you may use the first letter of the second word in the title to spell out your chosen word.
