Unexpectedly funny with some beautifully memorable characters - it's easy to see why this is a classic. My first Dickens, but certainly not my last.

This is my first full Dickens too! I've read some excerpts before, but this is the one I've finished so far. I'm excited for the Christmas week because I'm gonna read another Dickens. And memorable characters for this one is true. The image of Ms. Havisham is so strongly indented in my mind.
She was a cracker! And Wemmick, with his little castle & moat - he was so endearing.
