I read the Dear America Royal Diary for Mary Queen of Scots when I was little. It's called Mary, Queen of Scots: Queen Without a Country, France, 1553.

On the historical fiction side Philippa Gregory has the a series of book about the Tudor family and The Other Queenis about Mary when she was imprisoned in England
