The Shrivers have been an influential family in Carroll County and the nation. Mark Shriver writes about Sargent Shriver’s extraordinary example of fatherhood and the bond between father and son. While I can not speak to that relationship the book helped define and remind me of my wonderful father and our relationship as well as my husband's bond with our sons and grandson.
