Various sources (e.g.) are reporting Entertainment One, an independent studio, is developing a TV series based on the late Frederik Pohl's classic SF Heechee novel Gateway (presumably to pitch a pilot to network.)

Gateway won a Hugo, Nebula, Locus & Campbell awards for Best Novel in 1978.
