Roads here are made of dirt and are seldom traveled. The people prefer to wander through the fields to get places. Sometimes there are dead bodies of people killed in fights on the roads. These bodies have nothing to do with the city council.

The police have no presence here, and there are fewer, but still some, council spies here than elsewhere. There are sometimes public demonstrations here, but the council does not believe that an uprising could possibly happen from here.
