Both are technically finished. The anime cut off at around 50+ episodes. Though it's going to take a while before the manga is fully translated into English.

One Piece, of course. I really love Oda's work. The amount of work he puts in every page every week is just amazing. Always something to look forward because he is consistent.
D. Gray-man.... I really don't know what she is doing with her series or with her fan base.... I really don't. One chapter every 6 months or so.
HxH is a manga that I put on equal grounds on storywise with One Piece. It's really good in my opinion. The only problem with the manga is the writer. He takes huge breaks. If you ever try it, be prepared for that.
