Recently I picked up a book at a training convention called Pass It On: What We Know...What We Want You to Know by the famous Billy Goldfeder. Written in the form of short nonfiction stories, Goldfeder gave readers the opportunity to gain knowledge from the experiences of his mentors. I strongly recommend those in the fire service to get this book, sit down, and read it. For those who have what did you like? What would you add? The first thing I try to teach when the opportunity arises is the things I know now and wish someone told me beforehand.
