Vincent walked through the hallways, getting familiarised with the faces of new students whom had arrived. Of course he didn't talk to them, just studied them from his perch on a window sill. It stood only two feet from the ground, and of course was tinted for the Moroi's comfort. As he turned to look out through the glass, he noticed how his breath seemed to fog it up. Letting out a sigh, he rested his head against the glass and closed his eyes. This would be a long year.
"Maybe I made a mistake in coming here," Emerson thought to himself as he walked through the hallways. Emerson knew that word couldn't have spread too fast about what had happened to the Knight family, but even so, he couldn't help but feel like the people around him were whispering about him and mocking him from behind his back. Still, he and Aaron had made an promise to one another about this: Emerson would attend the Vampire Academy and do his best to remain positive about it, and Aaron would do his best to not loose control since he had to be isolated now. Emerson passed by a group of female Moroi who smiled over at Emerson. Emerson felt his lips curve up at the corners where a small grin formed. "Maybe this'll work out afterall," he thought to himself feeling a sudden change of heart.
Alexandra was among the group of girls. She was wearing her usual style. Her hair was curled and looked like she didn't even brush it, giving off a sexy look. She wore tight fitting jeans, and a white tight t shirt that cut above her belly button. She flipped her hair at the Moroi boy while her friends chatted around her. "Ooh, looks like Alex has got her eyes set on some one." "He's so cute!" "Do you think he's going to fall for her?" The all giggled an whispered around her, all the while looking directly at him . She pushed through the group of girls and walked up to him. "I'm Alexandra." She purred.
((By the way she's a dhampir just thought I'd tell you.))
Emerson turned in the direction of the Moroi girl who had decided to introduce herself to him. She seemed confident, and she was very pleasant to look at. Emerson enjoyed this girl's eyes a lot- the color of them was breathtaking. His grin widened when she gave him her name without him having to ask. And in response, he said "I'm Emerson." He wasn't much of a pig to look lower than her face to see her clothing, even though he already saw what she was wearing when she walked up to him, and he knew that if he tried to look again, he might just become flushed. Still, he wouldn't be caught trying to look when she was being fairly nice to him. He hadn't socialized with anyone besides his brother for a while, and before that night, the two of them used to go various parties where all kinds of people went. It felt nice to do something normal.
She smile back at him and giggled. She held a hand up to her mouth as she did. She bit her lip and looked at him excitedly. She had seen him at few parties before, but she never talked to him. She had realized that it was a complete mistake not to. "Well Emerson, what's a guy like you doing in our fabulous Academy walls?" She drawled out her words as she could her the snickers of her friends behind her.
Emerson shrugged and said honestly, with his grin still on his lips, "Maybe I got bored, and decided to try something new. I would've done this sooner if I had known there would be beautiful girls here like yourself." He then sighed and ran a hand through his short curly brown hair. "I guess I won't be able to focus in class knowing that you're here, so there goes my grades," he said then he looked past Alex to see her group of friends watching the two of them converse. He didn't mean to be rude, but he honestly thought that Alex was prettier than all of those girls. He then looked back to Alex and asked "What about you? Why are you at the academy?"
She looked back at the girls when the laughed. She gave them a look that said,'scram!' The hurriedly walked away. She turned back to him batted her eyes. "Most boys do." As she said that her smile grew. But once he asked about why she was here she gave a more serious tone. "I want to become a guardian. Well, me and my brother both do. You might know him. Eddie Castiel ring a bell?" She twirled a lock of hair around her finger and gave off an innocent look.
Emerson nodded his head in response to her question if her brother's name rang a bell for him. He wasn't why girls felt the need to twirl their hair or bat their eyes like she was doing. Was this something she normally did, or was it just because she was trying to be something she wasn't? She seemed nice and confident- she didn't need to try to persuade him or anything like that. And he liked that she was being honest when she said that she wanted to be a guardian. "Whoever you end up being a guardian for will be the luckiest person in the whole academy then," he said honestly with a smile on his lips rather than a grin.
She smiled and stopped her hand. She let it fall to her side. She didn't like talking about her brother but she needed to say it. That's why she twirled her hair, it was a nervous habit. "Do you want to go somewhere? I mean not the academy or anything, but like a place beyond the walls. Sometime I feel like I'm locked away in a cadge here." She said moving her hand gesturing to the whole area around her. ((If you want to make a place you can. I'm on mobile so I can't creat anything...))
(( I'm on my phone too :P well, iPad technically, and this is my last post before I have to go. ))"I think I know the perfect place for us to go to. You're not afraid of heights are you?" Emerson asked because the first time Aaron showed him this spot, and since he had no warning at all, Emerson almost lost it. Aaron, being the guy he was, laughed first, but then apologized. Emerson got him back for that though, and the two were even. Maybe he was being unrealistic by letting this girl take him off campus when they'd only just met, but Emerson was only trying to be positive about this new change- this included taking strange but lovely young girls off campus and away from any adults.
((Aww well I have to go too.. Ill post when I get back.))
She smiled and looked at him square in the eyes. She was tall so she didn't have to look up to him. She crossed her arms and carried all the weight to her left foot. "On the contrary,"she leaned in and whispered,"I find them quit thrilling." She leaned back and smiled. It grew bigger and bigger with each passing minute. It has been a while sense Alex did anything fun. She also, as a bonus, saw it as a chance to make Eddie worried.
((Lol I still need Simone to claim Eddie :) ))

Vincent had fallen asleep in his seat against the window, his eyes closed as he was oblivious to the world around him. Suddenly starting to slip, he jerked awake just before he fell to the ground, groaning as he caught himself. Getting to his feet, he looked around and was pleased to see that nobody had seemed to notice his slip up. So he sighed and followed the crowd of people off to wherever he pleased.
(( Hmmm, could you make an outside forest thread, or would you like me to make it? ))"So do I," Emerson said. He looked over to his left and saw people, including Vincent, vanish down the hallways that lead away from the two of them were standing. He wasn't sure what made him more excited right- was it that he was going to go somewhere that felt like home to him, or was it that he was bringing this girl who he just met with him? "The only problem though, is that we'll to sneak off campus. I don't suppose you have any ideas on how to get pass the dhampir guards," he said.
((You can make it, I'm on mobile so I would but... And we don't have to go there just yet ;) ))
Alexandra thought of her few escape areas that she had used I the past. A few were easy to get spotted and a few were only for a dhampir. But when he said he liked heights she knew the exact place. "Okay your going to have to trust me then. Also don't tell anyone about this place, it would get me in so much trouble." She grabbed his had and casually walked down the hallways.

"Trouble is my middle name, and I can keep a secret" Emerson said with a side smile at her after their hands had intertwined and they began their descent down the hallway. To anyone passing by, they could've passed as a pair of average students, or even a couple. Today was full of firsts for Emerson- one of which including breaking the rules and meeting a female dhampir who was very into the idea of doing this without getting caught. He should've transferred to this school sooner.
She giggled as she lead him to the attic. Her hand tickled wear her her's met his. She ran now wanting the adrenaline to pump through her veins. She lived for excitement, without it she would probably be dead by now.
((You or me first at the attic?))
