Week 35 Thoughts - Pippi Longstocking by Astrid Lindgren

I actually had a few possibilities for this week. I ended up going with Pippi as it helped me with another book challenge - I had no idea but this is actually a translation from the Swedish version!

I loved this book. Obviously geared toward children but Pippi's antics still made me giggle. I'm actually quite surprised that this book isn't on the banned book's radar - it definitely doesn't encourage children to be on their very best behavior.

I'm actually planning on reading a few more books in the series. :D

I've never read this one but Ronia from this same author is my favorite childhood book. It's nice to see you enjoyed Pippi, it's a good motivation for me to start it at some point. Don't forget to say how the sequels are too :)
