What was your favourite part of the book?

I was really happy that at the end of the book we get Aelin, Chaol and Dorian scenes because they're the original three and there are so many new characters now and I love them all but I was missing the original 3. I liked that it was Chaol and Aelin who went to save Dorian in the castle and that Dorian or Rowan weren't part of that.

Also, I liked the scene where Aelin is saying good bye to Chaol before she leaves for Terrasen and everyone leaves the room to give them some privacy and he asks to see her magic and tells her it's beautiful. I was crying.

And from earlier in the book, I liked Aedion fangirling/fanboying over Rowan. XD

I loved the fight between Aelin and Manon and when Asterin screams so Aelin saves her. I just thought it really said a lot about how Aelin is changing and becoming the queen that her people need and deserve.

I also really liked Aedion fangirling, it was seriously cracking me up, especially since Rowan wouldn't even care and is totally not after the glory or anything.

Two parts I liked the most both revolved around Lysandra.

1. When she finally gave Arobynn what he had coming to him. I think my neighbors heard my ecstatic YES and saw me fist pumping the air.

2. When she finally had her magic back and turned into a ghost leopard.
