Another Eternity.
Tinath Zaeba
In the darkness I wander
Searching for a light
In the hope of warmth I drown
Dissolving the imagination of the golden rays
In the sea of tangled emotions of hope, grief, horror and terror I swim.
In the light of the events I open my eyes, cross my heart and hope to die.
I search light not for life
But for death
For death, surely, is more peaceful
Than an eternity of torture
Let me be
Let me sleep through eternity
Another day, another week
Another month, another year
Another eternity.
Let me sleep through the darkness.
Let me hibernate through the cold
I try to die but never find the courage to
No courage, so I hope someone will come and murder me
All I want to do is be free.
And life is tangled, it cannot let me be
The universe will not let me sleep
Through eternity.
Another galaxy.
Another universe.
No hope to contact the outer world.
I open my eyes, cross my heart and hope to die.
The girl who used to smile lived in another galaxy, another universe, another side of the mirror.
Every day that goes by
I die
I bleed
I bleed until there is no fire inside me
Until I feel all cold
Until I close my eyes, and hope to never open them again.
Why, cruel universe, why?
Let me be.
Let me sleep through eternity.
You don't have to strew flowers over my grave.
I don't need a grave
I am requesting
On my knees
Let me be
Let me sleep through another eternity.
I promise I won't drown in infinty.

These memories are daggers and they stab me over and
over. I thought they were gone, yet they're back from the
grave. Only Im the one that dug it in the first place.
Now I wonder if I was wrong all along. And the ignorance that
blinded me has gone away. I will not make that mistake
again. Haunted by the end, yet more hurt comes from the
then.
Do I say hello when I last said goodbye?
I thought it was done, I really did. Yet though time continued it's as if
it never did, and Im brought back to that first day. And
now I just don't know what to say.
So I'll keep quiet and fight these memories yet again. Maybe someday I won't
have to. Maybe someday it will end. But until then I will
live for the future, see through the present, and learn from
the past.
Bullying
Today is another day
That I have to go through
Kids hurting and picking on me
Like they always do
They know I’m depressed
They don’t give me sorrow
But I guess I have to face
The bullying tomorrow
They may not hurt me today
Since they might be gone
But they always seem to come back
The bullying always goes on and on
They like to hurt me
My problems they know
But I can’t be strong anymore
I just want them to go
All of them gang up
Making me feel small
All they do is laugh
When they push me and I fall
I go tell the teacher
To get them in trouble I try
But everything that’s said
They lie about and deny
Why can’t they leave me alone?
They’re killing me inside
What’s the point in trying to defend myself?
When I have no more pride
My mom try’s to help
Try’s to be by my side
But it never seems to work
I always want to hide
I get hurt and depressed each day
My life is tied up in a knot
They keep on yelling at me
Why won’t they stop?
I’ve had enough of this
I need to die
So I don’t have to deal with this
I’m tired of wanting to cry
So after school
I’ll get a knife
And make them feel guilty
Because I ended my life
As I sit on my bed
With the knife in my hand
I cry for my last few minutes of life
Wishing they would understand
My eyes are getting heavy
I’ve already cut my vein
I start feeling so calm
I don’t ever have to hurt again
No one can save me now
I know that it is too late
So I am going to say good bye
Good bye to the world I hate
NOTE:
Bullying is very serious.
It can lead to depression,
Or in this poem I wrote it could lead to suicide. The more we bully the
More problems children to adults have.
It makes you loose self-confidence and self-esteem as well
If we try to stop bullying,
Then there is hope that
People will stop committing suicide
Or other destructive things to themselves.
So if you bully someone around
REMEMBER! How much you’re hurting them,
Which might lead to depression
Or worse, suicide
