Vamps with Bite discussion

okay, so even though i haven't read the series, I'm still wondering how good it is. on a scale of 1-10 (1 being terrible, 5 being okay, and 10 being freaking awesome) what do you think?

I have only read the fist one and I thought it was a 5 but I am willing to read more because everyone raves about this series.

I adore this series. I think Rachel has done a great job of creating a unique twist on the vampire theme - especially when the current trend is to make them the good guys. The Glass House residents are all great characters, really likable and relatable (and it's impossible not to love Shane). The books are quite short and read like chapters of an over-arching story line. An auto-buy for me.

i love this series ! i have yet to read Carpe Corpus....i plan on going to the library tomorrow to get it ! i can't wait to know what happens to shane and claire ! =))))

3. i stopped reading after the second one because it was getting really stupid

i don't like claire or shane, scratch that, i pretty much HATE them

i only somewhat like michael and eve who are my favorite couple

and im against any book that shows vampire as only evil (personal opinion)

Overall in the series vamps aren't just seen as evil

alright well I picked this book up at Borders the other day and put it back because I wasn't sure if I would like it...but since a lot of you have posted that it's worth reading, I just might have to get it. :)

I really enjoyed the first four books of this series. I have yet to get my hands on the fifth, as they don't have it at the library, but I'm excited about it. I actually had never heard of them until joining this group, so yay!

i love this series. . . not long finished the 7th book and cnt wait for the 8th :)
