I noticed that category G and I are for authorS, (plural). Does that mean a book written by multiple male/female authors or can it just be one author?

Thanks, Christina. I couldn't get that shelf to come up as non-fic. I appreciate the correction.

I wonder why Tien's links don't work? Some of them do and some of them don't. Wonder if GR is having problems. At any rate, Thanks for redoing the list, Bea!

I was looking at what people used in the prior months, i.e. Female Authors in February, and it looks like everyone is using books written by just one author.

If you copy and paste an web address without hand typing any part of if, it won't work. I just go through and delete one letter in the link and then retype it. It always seems to work that way. Many sites have that feature. Reduces spam posts.

There is an html way that GR uses and that is usually what Tien does, and I am sure it is what she did this time. I'm not sure why they are not all working...Maybe she did a typo in the code some where or something.

Yes, I use the same one. I only know because she shared January's.

Interesting, I think I misunderstood what you were saying. I might try that if I have problems in the future. I have never done anything but copy and paste the web address before.

I'm trawling through my TBR listings and see that I have The Lightning Thief there. I know that 'P' doesn't appear in the starting of the title, but on the listing on Goodreads it has the subtitle (Percy Jackson and the Olympians #1) on it.
So... can this be used as identified on Goodreads or do we just go with the title on the cover?

I understood that we can't use the name of the series. Correct?

haha I know what you mean! This is my 3rd year doing one of this groups crazy challenges, and therefore, my TBR list was already out of control due to the last two years' challenges. This year I only look at books that are TBR list to see if they fit the challenge. I think only 1-3 were not on my list already... Doing good so far ;)

Eleanor & Park
It is on the started-but-didn't-finish shelf, the pleasure-reading shelf, and the non-series shelf

Tell me about it. My TBR is growing out of control because of this challenge :0)

Lauren is right. It must be the actual name of the book or the author. For one thing, the Percy Jackson notation is not really the title of the book as it was published. It is just Goodreads way of keeping track of the series.

yup, sorry, series don't count.
single author is fine. I think I just use "authors" as in any as long as male / female as required.
apologies for the non working links. GR doesn't like it when I copy and paste from a word doc... i usually have to fix all the (") as they come out funny. Thanks, Bea, for posting working links. I was too exhausted on Sunday evening to do much more... sorry :)
