I'm buddy-reading this book with my mum this month and so far we're at page 30. It's all right so far but I've already found countless similarities between Miles (the main character) and John Green's main character in Will Grayson, Will Grayson. That was my first John Green book and although I did have a couple of problems with it, particularly in John Green's half, I loved it to pieces. However now I'm kind of wondering if that's just because that was my first JG book and whichever you read first you really like, but then the rest are very similar and it wears off a little. I've certainly heard that in all John Green's book his characters are quite similar, but I didn't really expect it to be on this level.
Anyway, the whole thing about how Miles memorises last words looks like it'll be cool, and I am intrigued by the 'BEFORE' and 'AFTER' sections (this was the reason I wanted to read the book in the first place). Anybody else reading this book this month? :)

I'm very iffy about reading this book for that same reason. People say that there are a lot of things pulled from this one that went into his more popular books. I might give it a chance even though I swore off John Green. Who knows? Maybe I'll like it.

Now I'm at around page 100 of this book and it is getting steadily better. Still not amazing or anything, but there has been some funny moments and I'm beginning to warm to some of the characters.
