2015 Reading Challenge [Closed] discussion

I'm a big fan of post-apocalyptic novels and this one has great reviews. Plus I can get it for free on my Kindle so it seemed like a good choice!

I have this on my A-Z title challenge. The premise seems interesting/unique considering the genre.

I'm looking to forward to hearing what you think :)

It was a good story, a little too slow for me but the world building is really great. Just take note that it's a trilogy, the 2nd is a prequel (it's great to understand how people arrived there) and the 3rd is the conclusion to the previous books (it links both of them). Each really brings something new in the understanding of the world and the quality is good for the full series.

I'll read another book by Howey for this week, I'm really curious about it :)

I did enjoy it but it dragged in parts. I may pick up the other two in the trilogy at some point but not going to rush out and get it right this minute!

I loved this book! It's so interesting. I read the First Shift series too that relates to this. I've also read his Sand series.
