Marcus, a wheelchair-bound boy, in J. Scott Savage's book Farworld: Water Keep, seems to be nothing but a cripple. On the inside, however, he has talents that go beyond the ability of any disability. As a talented kid, he dreams of a place that he thinks is just a fantasy land. In his dreams, he meets a girl named Kija who, to his surprise, dreams of him as well. Marcus may not know her very well, but their history is almost exactly the same...They will change the future in what they thought was just a fantasy land.
