So I've been trying to think of ways we can all help each other succeed in this Inkshares gig and this afternoon while scrolling through the Nerdist submissions page I had an idea.

I know some of us have been doing a similar thing but I just wanted to make a place where we can make our offers clear.

I bought a bunch of books this afternoon, taking my total Inkshares preorders to 23, i went back through prior backers and grabbed their books and added any news ones.

I know I probably missed a few so if I did, let me know.

If anyone else wants to enter into a similar arrangement, here's the place to do it.

Paul, just sent in a preorder for yours! Thank you so much for ordering mine earlier. I'd love to keep passing on and backing books. I think the best way is to make sure that the person doing the preordering uses a recommendation link by the author, that way they get the credits and can either use them to preorder the backers book or give them to someone else that needs the preorders... Which reminds me, that's what I should have done just now! Oops.

I'm happy to report the Goodwill Train has been quite a success so far, at least from my end. Of the 34 books I've ordered, 19 of the authors have repaid the favour so far.

So if you have some spare credits lying around, or don't mind spending some dollars, supporting your fellow authors seems like a viable way to get your book some orders.

I've got about $140 in credits currently, so I'm happy to swap orders with some more people if anyone's interested.

How do you have so much credits!! I've tried earning more, but I can't seem to get any T_T.

i just make sure any links I put up are my referral link. they've only really started rolling in in the last week or so though, it was slow to start.

I just recently learned that referral credits for an author's own book can be used more than once.... I was going broke trying to keep up with reciprocating and so haven't helped out as much as I would have liked! I have been properly informed and am now happy to help out!

I'd actually ordered yours some months back, Yicheng. I think I'd also ordered Peter's a few weeks ago. Kinda wished I'd waited on both now so that I could've also gotten you both credits.

Thomas, you can preorder a book multiple times.

I'll put a little twist on this. My Inkshares book is already published and what I need most are verified reviews on Amazon.

So I will pre-order your book and ask you to consider buying mine on Amazon (Hardcover or eBook download) and put an honest review of it on Amazon and Goodreads.

I'll pre-order yours on Inkshares and also add a review on your Inkshares sample chapter.
