Here are the rules, in the simplest terms that I can think of. Please don't hesitate to ask about anything that I've forgotten, or anything that you don't quite understand - though I will make a folder just for questions and suggestions.

1. While Dreams can control their Dreamer's surroundings and how the Dreamer sees them, they CAN NOT control how the Dreamer feels, reacts, or what the Dreamer does.
2. Dreams have the choice of letting the Dreamer see the Dreamland as it actually is, or creating a completely different surrounding from memories/hopes/fears.
3. Dreamers CAN feel pain, taste, smell, hunger, so on, but they CAN NOT be killed in a dream.
4. Once a Dreamer and a Dream have been paired up, unless the Dream specifically asks for help from other Dreams, they aren't allowed to interfere. If a Nightmare gets help from a Good Dream, there is a possibility of a nightmare turning into a good dream... and vice versa.
5. Once Somnus says that a dream is over, it is over IMMEDIATELY. The Dreamer wakes up, and the Dream goes back to how they usually looked.
6. Dreams only have the ability to change their appearance and the appearance of their surroundings when they are paired up with a Dreamer.
7. Goods and Nightmares are able to be friends, and both kinds of Dreams are able to go into the others lands.
