I have recently started reading for enjoyment.
Before I only read because I had to for school.
It's really empty in here, but I hope more people join the party.

Hey, I'm Lia (previously Eminia).
Like Seal308, I'm new to reading for enjoyment.
In my free time, I usually procrastinated and browsed the internet which, to be honest, was dull. I eventually realized that I was pretty much refreshing the same websites over and over and decided to pick up a book and now I'm hooked.

Hi< I'm Brejean and I'm new to goodreads and do find it somewhat daunting getting started. I've read lots and belong to a book club that's been going for over 10 years. I'm interested in hearing what others are reading and if we have common interests.

I know exactly how you feel. I kept refreshing Youtube and a couple of blogs I read religiously. I needed to spend some time off my computer.

To be honest I myself am like you, I have only recently begun to read for fun.
I'm about to read The Kite Runner with a couple of friends on amino.
