Silvia casually walked into the Cafe at Zennel town, where majority of the students at Xennal high socialised. She decided to sit down at a table in the corner, a place where she wouldn't get disturbed by anyone. She looked out at the clouds that were forming along the horizon,Hmmm, I wonder if it'll ran? Pondered Silvia, as she took a sip of chamomile tea.

It seemed, if only it was to her, that Cara De Vries stormed into Zennel town's Cafe. Her eyes dismissed everyone she saw in the cafe, dismissing them as ordinary and mundane, hardly worth her attention. It was a definite relief to be out of the school. Striding through the cafe, she spotted a girl tucked in a corner, hiding like a mouse. A girl who wore clothes like hers, from a period before now, sipping something - most likely tea - from a cup. Smiling to herself, thinking she'd found something to play with, Cara strode over to the girl, and stopped right in front of her.
"Hello...demon."

Silvia immediately felt a presence as cold as ice, she had become familiar with this feeling, seeing that she was a demon herself, she's a demon, thought Silvia, as she felt a menacing aura embrace her... She looked up, "do you have an issue?" Questioned Silvia calmly, as she lowered her tea cup, and placed it onto the old mahogany table. "I didn't sit here, in the corner, for your company, so if you can calmly leave, it would be much appreciated..."

Cara's eyes flashed in amusement. Sure, all demons were considered prickly, by stereotype, but there were actually more that were sentimental than were thought. This was a nice surprise, it's been a while since Cara had a nice, lovely chat with a demon like this.

Cara sat down and flashed a I-don't-care-if-you-don't-like-this smile at her table mate and ordered a nice pu-erh tea.

"Now why should I leave calmly, when we can have a nice little chat about sunshine and daisies?" Said Cara, obviously provokingly.

Silvia sighed, and flicked her long, silver hair, "Who do you think you are?" Storming in here and expecting me to be friendly with you just because you're a demon... sorry it just doesn't cut it". Silvia could feel rage formulating, how dare she defy me, she felt like she could almost explode. "Leave this instant, or I'm leaving. Say... I'm actually being the nice one here, by giving you a choice..."

Cara smiled. "You talk alot," she said. Her tea arrived, and she sipped it, barely flinching at how hot it was. "Oh but wouldn't you like to? Have a friendly chat between like-kinds or..." Now, she upturned her nose at the silvery haired girl, and said, in a dark, tone that matched her ever black eyes, "as like-kinded as one can be."

"I don't have to be friends with the likes of you!" Silvia could feel her tone rising, however, she was determined to be alone, and catch up on her thoughts... "You see... if you stay alone, without friends... without anybody... you never get hurt. I'd rather stay alone for eternity then to get deceived like I once di..." Silvia suddenly realised what she was saying, and covered her mouth quickly. She was suddenly reminded of that boy... that boy who stole everything away...

"A boy...you were once deceived by a boy..." Said Cara, more surprised than she expected. Now that was a familiar story. And probably very different to hers, but the basic details...now those could be the same. She hardened and stood, slamming her cup (surprise, it didn't break) onto the table and laughed. "I never offer friendship, but..." She smiled, her best, winning, smile, "...we can make a deal."

"...Huh! Who's making what deal? I've said it once, and I'll say it again... I DON'T WANT PART IN ANY FRIENDSHIP! Everybody lies... everybody shits on you when it suits them self... they don't even think about the repercussions it has on the person they're deceiving. How are you any different to them...?"

"Who's offering friendship?" Cara snarled, revealing a little of her true nature. This girl was starting to get on her nerves. "I'm offering a deal, and whoever makes a deal with me, so long as they keep it, then I will, because otherwise," She drained her cup of tea, "if they break it, then they'll wish they never met me."
Taking in the girl's hysterical state, she said, "Would you prefer to take this outside and fight? You're losing control." In fact she wanted to slap the girl hard.

"Hmmm, if your desire is to hit me then go ahead! See if I care..." Silvia, realised that she was being a complete idiot, but she couldn't help it. It wasn't everyday that a demon would offer a friendship. Silvia sighed, "well... I guess we could go on a trial friendship, and if you step one toe out of line, you are never allowed to speak to me again... understood?..."

"Are you sure you want me to hit you?" Asked Cara, delighted at an opportunity. "We can make it the agreement punch?"

"What? You mean we'll become friends only if you get to hit me? I'm doing you a favour by allowing you to have a good friend like me, not the other way around, so don't you forget that. You better consider yourself lucky."

Cara smirked. "A punch would be a bonus," she muttered. Now why did she need this girl again? OH yes...it's because all the other demon jerks at school were either messed up or sentimental pieces of trash. Smiling her sweet deceiving smile that she already knew wouldn't work on this girl, she said, "Sure, sure, but we both know that you are lucky to have me on your side, friend or not."

"Oh really? What makes you so special, compared to any other demon there is? Lets face it, you'd love to be friends with a demon like me." Silvia flicked her hair behind her shoulder, and wondered, why am I still bothering with her? It's not like I actually want to become friends with this demon do I?... Silvia hesitated for a moment...

"What makes you so special?" Cara laughed. Mimicking the girl, she also tossed her hair back. "Why do you come out to the cafe and sit in a hole by yourself? It's lonesome. Besides, you're probably right, I suppose" (not really, she thought, but in some way, deep down, she figured, yeah...maybe) "it would be nice to be friends with a demon who shows character - or at the very least has something about them that appeals to me."

"Am I that appealing, muhahahahaha! You don't try to hide your admiration for me do you? Well... I guess we can be friends in that case, seeing you want to be my friend that badly. Silvia decided to forget everything that had occurred earlier, and held out her pasty white hand, which was as cold as ice.

"Oh so evil. Has anyone ever told you how narcissistic you are?" Cara snorted. She held out her own equally pasty white (which she preferred to call 'icy' white) hand, and said, "But then look who's talking," she gestured to herself, full aware of how she looked. "I'm Cara De Vries. We have a deal?"

Silvia lightly shook her hand, "deal!" Silvia felt as though she was making a deal with the devil, however, she was a demon, which was close enough. "I'm Silvia by the way, but of course you knew that, considering your an admirer of mine", Silvia giggled at the suggestion.

Cara rolled her eyes and smiled as if she had known. Truth was, she hadn't, but Silvia didn't need to know that. She also didn't need to know that what Silvia had was not her looks, but her connections were appealing to Cara. "Of course darling, you can't be more right about that, more tea?"

"Well of course", Silvia wasn't sure what road this friendship was going to take her down, but she knew she couldn't stay friendless for eternity. Silvia held her teacup in her hands tightly, she could feel the warmth penetrate her frosty skin, a warmth she hadn't felt in a long time... possibly because she could enjoy this simple pleasure with a friend.

"To us," Cara said, pouring tea into Silvia's cup, and then in hers. She calmly watched Silvia over the rim of her cup. Somewhere deep down, a part of her chilly heart had melted. But it was only a small tiny part. She wondered what would happen to this hole after this? "To us," she repeated drinking deep.

Silva's gaze focused in on Cara's face, her deep bloody amber eyes met Cara's, "to us", Silva exclaimed, as she took another sip of her tea. Was this a fresh new start for Silvia? Or was something coming to an end...? The old Silva...

Blood red, amber, were her sister's like that? Cara wondered.
"To the beginning of whatever this will bring!" Cara said.

((I'm calling it quits for the night, shall we continue tomorrow at another location?))

Cara finished her tea, and waited for Silvia to finish.

Silvia finally finished her tea, and walked out of the Cafe.

Cara followed along behind. "Where shall we go?"

"Maybe we should head on over to the market at Zennel town?"

"Sounds like a good idea," Said Cara. She gestured forward, "Lead on"

Lennox strode into the cafe and looked at the menu. He wondered was good to eat, but yet he felt others staring at the blade strapped to his back.

Lennox jumped in surprised as he asked for cinnamon scrolls (to which he was corrected as 'cinnamon rolls'). He turned and saw a girl with amazingly bright red hair staring right at him. He smiled, took his order and walked over to her.

"Hi."

Lennox grinned his friendliest smile and said, "It's fine, it is one awesome blade." He put his cinnamon scrolls (which had been suggested by her... once he connected te dots and voices together) down on the table, and said, "Do you want to see?" He started reaching up.

"Sure," he said, taking out his sword and holding it out for her to look at. He watched as the gleam of the sword reflected in her eyes.

Lennox took her blade, it was like his, with detailed engravings, etched all over the blade. He held it up the light and red the runes. "Magnificient," he whispered, then looked at her, "Where did you get such a fine masterpiece?"

Ethan held the door open for DJ

Lennox cocked his head to the side, grey eyes?, "Who was your father?" He smiled, and sat down. "Oh I hope you don't mind if I sit."

"Was he a warrior angel?" He asked, curious. He looked at the cinnamon scrolls, they looked relatively yummy, but he'd never had them before. Picking one up, he took a bite.

Lennox nodded thoughtfully, "It has an interesting flavour." Dusting his hands, he received his sword and sheaths it again, keeping it close to him. "I may have met your father before. The name sounds familiar, are you a warrior as well?"

Lennox smiled, taking another bite. "Most likely, I have fought with many great warriors. No ordinary warrior would pass a sword like that down to his daughter. But I take it, the reason you have his sword is because...?" Lennox braced himself, he knew what it meant, but he wanted a confirmation anyway.

"How didhe pass away?" He asked, feeling the weight of loss in his chest. "I mean, if you don't mind me asking?"

Lennox slumped, as he had expected. "I"m very sorry," He said softly, reaching forward to take her hand. "I'm sure he died an honourable death."

Lennox gave her hand a squeeze, and then pulled away, offering his right hand to shake. "Sorry, I forgot to introduce myself, I'm Lennox Vanderwerken, also a warrior."

"Nice to meet you." He held up his cinnamon scrolls with his free hand and said, "I really have to thank you for the suggestion." He grinned.

"Oh no, I did," he felt his grin become even brighter, sparkly and light like his power. He had known it would be hard to suppress his own powers, but, he hadn't realised just how hard. The power flowed from him naturally and poured bright light into the atmosphere. "It was very kind of you to help me,considering I had no idea what to choose."
