Pillow. Fun to punch
Journals. Good to write down every thing that you're mad about.
Writing songs. Just write the lyrics to a song about how much your pissed. I did this, then put it on goodreads with my other parodies, and dang did I get crap for it. DON'T MAKE IT PUBLIC!!!
Write what you're mad about on a piece of paper and burn it.
Sports. A good way to get your anger out on other people.

ball up your hands at your side, then slowly release them.
The journal does help. Soccer and volleyball are good sports. If I'm outside and get annoyed I either walk around a little and let myself think for a minute or kick at the dirt a bit, but warning for that, benches do break bones :)
nice.usually, i throw something at the person im mad at. which ends up in a fight, involving hitting each other with books. *sheepish look*

When I get mad, I use my words... to cuss at someone. :)

When I broke up with my first bf, he asked my friend out the same day, so when I found out his new name from me was asshole and I wrote a parody (bcuz I wrote parodies anyways) about him, and I got SO much crap for that.
