Madison Paine (madisonpaine) | 10 comments Hello Wonderful Cooking Crew. Here is a quick and easy family favorite.

1 Cup of Bisquick

1 Cup of Milk (2% or whole)

1 Egg

1 Cup of Sugar

1 Stick of Real Butter

1 Can of Comstock Peach Pie Filling

Mix every thing but the butter and pie filling in a bowl by hand, like you are making pancakes.

Melt your butter separately.

Pour mixture in a medium size Pyrex dish or rectangle baking pan.

Evenly spoon in peach pie filling into the bisquick mixture.

Evenly top it off with the butter poured on top.

Bake until golden brown and fork is clean at 350 oven temperature.

Enjoy a taste from the South!

Thank you so much, Madison...this sounds great, and easy!

I've never made this before as I thought it was too difficult!

:)

Madison Paine (madisonpaine) | 10 comments Normally it is difficult because you have to make dumplings or some type of pastry strip. Not I! My mom taught me this recipe and it is a family favorite. You can double the recipe to make a full Pyrex and substitute the peaches for another type of pie filling. When I first tried it my mom used blueberries. Apple is my personal favorite. It is important you use the pie filling and fresh fruit because of the moisture. The recipe will not taste the same.
