Collin Socha | 1 comments I really like the Hatchet series because the character, Brian, goes from a city boy to surviving a plane crash and living for 47 days in the middle of wilderness in Canada with nothing but a small hatchet. The author, Gary Paulsen, writes about these things and most of them have happened to him. The plane crash in Hatchet, Gary survived a smaller version of that plane crash. In Brians Return, a deer jumps into the canoe and that happened to Gary Paulsen.

Mackenzie | 1 comments I love the book Smile because I can relate to it because I had braces. I remember what it was like: It was painful and hard to eat and everything that Raina did I had to do and I was brave enough to go through with what I was supposed to do with the braces and when I got my braces off I was so happy and it was so different.
