OK, then we're right on track. Would you like to create characters or just make it up as we go?

Joshua sat in the school's foyer, bored out of his mind. He arrived early, which made finding something to do very difficult. He didn't mind arriving so early, he just got bored every time.
Mary walks into the school with a puzzled look on her face she looks around and her face is blank. She sighs and says "I quit she goes to the foyer and sits down giving up
Josh looked up. He saw a girl tiredly sit down on the same bench as him. "You alright?" He asked cautiously.
She looks at him and shakes her head "I am lost and have no clue where I am going" She says and looks down
"Well, this Grass Crest University. What'd you expect?" He said, but then quickly realized she was a newcomer. "Oh, sorry. Would … you like … help?"
She looks at him and smiles "I would love that!" she says thinking that he was cute
That was the most energetic reply he had ever heard, and he slightly blushed but he quickly forced it tong away. "OK, let me see your schedule."
She hides her face but hands him her schedual

He looked it over carefully, and his jaw immediately. What were the odds that this girl had signed up for every class he had. "Well, just follow me, and you'll end up in all the right places."

She looks at him and says "Hi I am Mary and if you can not tell I am very shy but I night as well become friends with you" She says blushing
"Well, nice to meet you Mary. I'm Josh." He held out his hand for shaking.
She smiles and places her small hand in his big one and shakes his hand blushing not knowing when to stop shaking
He lets go awkwardly and says, "Umm … first class will be starting soon, so … "
she blushes and sees her abusive ex had followed he spots her and goes up and grabs her arm and hits her hard in the stomach "I TOLD YOU NOT TO LEAVE ME" He screams at her punching her again
Josh's eyes went wide with anger. As soon as the first punch fell, he had his hand on the boy's shoulder. When the second landed, he ripped the boy off the girl and delivered a solid punch to his nose, knocking him to the ground.
She cries and curls up in fetal position and shakes her ex punches and she gets up and stands in front of them taking the punch. Her ex laughs is this your new boyfriend?" He asks trying to punch him again she steps in front of him "Stop no hitting people only me" She says following him outside. She wanted out of the relationship but she could not because he threatened to kill her
Josh growled to himself. He didn't follow, but he kept an eye on the boy.
She looks back at Josh and makes a movement for him to call the cops. She pushes her ex out and runs to Josh and hides behind him shaking in fear
With a swift motion, he pulls his phone out, dials 911 but does not press call. Her ex stops dead in his tracks. Josh spoke, saying, "You make one move, I press dial."
Her ex makes a face and walks towards her and grabs her arm pushing him out of the way
He pressed dial. "Big mistake, boy."
she cries and he hits her till she passes out
