message 2: by [deleted user] (new)

I'll be the prince.

message 3: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah

message 4: by [deleted user] (new)

Okay

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

The prince is in his twenties but I don't think the witch ages so she can be as old as you want.

First Name: Isaak
Last Name: Collins
Gender: Male
Sexual orientation: Pansexual
Age: 23
DOB: April 17

Appearance:
Hair: Peppered
Eyes: Black
Height: 6'3

Personality: A usually cold man, he will rarely talk other than when it comes to ordering his servants around. He prefers to be alone and not have to do anything but unfortunately he is the future king, his coronation being in a few months.

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

um.... Probably in town. Aimee buying things she needs and the prince having manged to escape his guards?

message 8: by [deleted user] (new)

Either way is fine

message 9: by [deleted user] (new)

Okay.

Isaak grinned in satisfaction when he finally escaped his escorts. He walked through the streets of the kingdom, it was a nice place, to think in only a few months he would own it all. He cringed at the thought of baring his father's responsibility, to try and fill his shoes. He sighed and thought, Why cant I just run far away?

message 10: by [deleted user] (new)

Isaak continued to wander the streets, looking at random booths he passed by and looking into a few shops. He kept his clock around him so no one would be able to tell that he was the prince. He noted a few girls giggling about him but payed no mind, such things things didn't interest him.

message 11: by [deleted user] (new)

Isaak smiled a little when he found a book store, he went in, hoping to find something to add to his collection. He had this old spell book his mother had said belonged to a witch long ago, unfortunately, he couldn't read it. Maybe there was a book to translate it here?

message 12: by [deleted user] (new)

Isaak walked through the isles, reading the titles and authors. He slowed down a few times and removed a book from the shelf to flip through it before putting it back. Not that one... let's see... He took out another book and flipped through it. Nope. He put it back.

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

Isaak continued along, flipping through books and putting them back. He didn't notice her, he was too into his search. He needed some way to translate that book or at least to be able to say the words.

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

Isaak kept looking, he needed something in Anglo Saxon. Well, at least that's what he thought the language was, it looked like it. He mumbled very quietly under his breath. "Anglo Saxon..."

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

Isaak jolted a little, startled since he hadn't noticed her. He looked over at her before nodding. "I need a book on translating Anglo Saxon."

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

(Sorry, GR didn't message me you replied.)

Isaak looked at her and nodded. "Then come with me." He walked out of the book shop without another word.

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

Isaak continued walking through town, making sure every now and then that she was following him. He lead her to the castle.

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

Isaak lead her into the castle and passed the guards, all saluting to him. He continued to the library, the servants bowing to him and calling him 'sire' or 'my lord'.

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

Isaak opened the library and lead her in, opening a drawer and removing his cloak. He wore a white blouse and blue slacks, a navy blue blazer with a sapphire broach. He took out a large, black leather bound book.

message 20: by [deleted user] (new)

"This book, I can't read it." He walked to a table and set it down, opening it. "It's been passed down through my family for generations but none of us could read it."

message 21: by [deleted user] (new)

((It's just a book of spells so be vague because if we went into detail it would take forever.))

Isaak watched her, listening carefully. He wondered if she knew what it was.

message 22: by [deleted user] (new)

"I know." Isaak looked up at her. "I want to be able to read it."

message 23: by [deleted user] (new)

Isaak listened intently to her, paying attention to everything she said. He looked up at her for a moment before responding. "Isaak Collins."

message 24: by [deleted user] (new)

"Close, I'm his son, though I will be king soon." He didn't sound happy about it either, more exhausted, like it was a boring task to think about.

message 25: by [deleted user] (new)

"My brother, but the decision is finally." He shook his head. "The first born must rule, as it has been for centuries." He sighed heavily. "Besides, my coronation is in a few months."

message 26: by [deleted user] (new)

((It's okay, I don't mind. I love the pic btw))

"Because I don't want to rule." He said it as if it were obvious, then added. "The role isn't what you think, all you do is work. Yes there are parties and yes you get to go to other kingdoms but even then it's all about work and image. I'd rather be a drifter. Go wherever I want whenever I want and never have to deal with how others perceive me."

message 27: by [deleted user] (new)

((I love Jeff xD))

Isaak was going to retort but held his tongue, he had to remember his manners, she was a lady after all. So he just listened to her.
