I'm still laughing about the floppy-haired brooder.
I've actually looked for the night gown, have a full tea service and would love a quill. We used to have a flock of peacocks (with fleas) living in our garden.
Amazing! Studying abroad=England :) So true! Also, the thing I say more often is "I should have been born in the nineteenth century"! But I do many others of those things :P
Hmm. Well this is disconcerting. A lot of that dratted list applies for even me!
Maybe I should go read several thoroughly repulsive modern books or something. Eh, probably too late. I'm beyond help! :-) :-)

How about having to explain to people why I own three copies of P&P- and why I need more.
Same! I have 3 sets of all 6 and I think there is another 2 P&Ps in the house! But I still need more!
What is it about reading P&P from a physical book anyway? I have all of Austen's work on my ipad but every time I read one... I pull out the book instead! :-)
Multiple versions are important though. One can never tell when a spare will be required! Best to always be prepared. :-)
I just saw that there is a special keepsake edition of the 1995 P&P. I am thinking that is another one to add to the collection. I also need to find a BBC version of Mansfield Park that I can watch as well.
Hi Stephanie:You can watch the 1983 BBC version on You-Tube:
