I don't really have any specific favorite ones, but I really enjoyed:

The Roosevelts
Into the Wild--enjoyed the most because it changed my view of Christopher McCandless.

If I can remember the others, which is strange why I can't now, I'll list them.

Anything about The Manhattan Project, which has more to do with the subject than a specific documentary.
