2017 Reading Challenge discussion

I cringed when my mom told me that this was her favorite. Well I dove in and found out that it really wasn't that bad. It had a very similar story line to many sci fi books but I found that it kept me wanting to turn the page. Not sure that I would pick up the next one in this series but overall not a bad book.
