Never Stop Reading discussion

Good morning everyone! I was curious as to what piques your interest when browsing in a store and deciding what book to pick up for further investigation. Do you look for a specific author? Genre? Does the cover art warrant a closer look? Do you read the blurb on the back or maybe the first chapter?

I think I tend to go by publishers I know of at times and of what type of books I like. . .so I search a lot of Missionary books for instance. I do judge books by covers but I always read the back of the book to see what it is about.
