I really appreciate that this group has topics like this. I have bipolar and it's nice to know there's a place to open up and talk about it.

I'm actually on antidepressants at the moment. Things got pretty crazy last year, but they have been improving since I started taking them. :P

yeah, definitely. I have depression, and have been depressed for a year now. I am on medication and also have done some therapy.

I'm almost certainly bipolar, only not completely sure because I haven't talked to anyone else about it.

yeah i was undiagnosed for depression for ages

i've been depressed for a few years and i was discharged from therapy a year ago , only put back in therapy last month because my dad found out i was self harming again.
