I'm editing my new novel Stripped, a sexy new adult contemporary in my Travesty series. I have a couple of scenarios I'd like to pass by someone with legal knowledge (lawyer, paralegal, judge, clerk...anything!). One is around feasibility of a timeline (i.e. would a case really move that quickly?) and one is around ethics (unethical vs grey area). I'm not looking for a Legal Opinion...just an opinion from a reader who knows something about the legal system :P
