I have had this book on my shelf for quite some time. I originally added it because it reminded me of the Harry Potter series, which I loved. Hopefully The Magicians will live up to my expectations. Happy reading everyone!

Oh boy, I didn't know that about the book! Hopefully I will enjoy it as there are so many books to read out there that I would hate to read one that I didn't like! I'll post when I am done.

Well, I did not enjoy this one. I felt that the author was copying Harry Potter themes as well as The Chronicles of Narnia. It wasn't new material.
