What are your thoughts on this series?

How did you guys not like it? Sorry, but... I loved it. I refused to read it, but then I finally gave in 2 years ago, and I was really sad that I read it so late.

XD It was just boring :P I think I might've liked it if I read it 5 years ago or something, but I just couldn't get into it.

I read the fourth book - I was so stupid to read them out of order - when I was 10 or 11 then started the other books in the right order. I fully have to credit Harry Potter for making me start to read as much as I do. Personally, I don't think anything compares. But then, I was younger when I first read them.

Book one and two are extremely boring, especially in the first half. You just got to push through and know that they get better for book 5-7 are really good!

I liked these books, but strangely they are one of the only series that has no people to add to my fictional boyfriend list.

Bellsie, It's strange! Cause like every single book I read, I am attracted to some one in some way, except these books...

Totally awesome. I saw snippets of the movie and didn't want to read the books for a long time, but decided to see what the hype was all about when I was 12. Harry Potter had me guessing at every corner, and I felt so connected with it. Anyone who has not read it MUST READ.

I have never read this series before but I started the first book and its really good :P

The best book series of all time. The book that got me into reading and moulded me into the person i am today, I get really emotional when i talk about it. Its everything to me.

I couldnt even finish the 5th one. The world JK created was pretty awesome, but her writing and the characters just disn't do it for me. I gave the whole series 2 stars.

This series is my absolute favorite and JK Rowling changed my reading life forever!

Harry Potter is one of my favorite book series ever. But, I have to agree, no one from Harry Potter is on my fictional boyfriends list.
