Not sure if this will be a popular idea, but I would like to nominate The Hunger Games. This trilogy has had a huge impact on my life because it is the series that got me into young adult literature and really pushed me to read more. Plus, next month Mockingjay Part 2 comes out and it'll be the last film in the series. I would love to have a read-along for the trilogy or just Mockingjay before the farewell.
I don't have a specific book but something by Jodi Picoult would be my nomination. She writes such meaningful books, in my opinion. They always teach you something and have topics that make you think. I know she's not the most popular of authors but she would be my pick.
I would like to nominate, Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire
... or just any harry potter books. Out of all the book, The Goblet of Fire was the 1st I read and it got me into the fantastic world of Hogwarts. So a reread would be awesome.Owh and another book that is really meaningful to me. I dont think this will get any vote or anything just for the sake of putting it out there because I love the book sooo much.
Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder.
I would definitely be up for one of the harry potter books, because they were the first books I can truly remember loving.
I nominate Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Saenz and All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven!
Hate list by Jennifer brown is amazing or I would like to read all the bright places by Jennifer Niven
All The Bright Places is one of my favourite books, I know there are quite a lot of people who don't like it, but I thought it was beautiful! The HP series is very meaningful to me, but I just started rereading them by myself
My best friend's favourite book is Thirteen Reasons Why so I would love to read it. :) And The Survival Kit had a great impact on my life,I seriously adore this book.
I haven't actually read this book yet but I've heard that it's a meaningful and important book. It's called Out of My Mind by Sharon Draper
I also nominate Mockingjay! I'd love to reread it before the movie comes out. This book is so special to me. After I finished it, I called my sister (who at the time was like 9!!!) and told her that if she were nominated to be in the hunger games, I'd volunteer as tribute! I was bawling my eyes out hahahha she had no idea what was happening. I love my sister so much and this book has so much meaning to me.
I agree with anything Harry Potter. I would also have to say Just Listen or This Lullaby by Sarah Dessen.
Harry Potter, All the Bright Places, Twilight (it was my first foray into YA), and Summer of My German Soldier by Bette Green.
Old Magic by Marianne Curley, or Stray by Andrea K. Host (4 book series). These books had a big impact on me, though not a lot of other people I know have read them
For me, this would be Harry Potter, and in honor of the Harry Potter Illustrated Book that was released on Oct 1 (Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone), I nominate that book
