This novel seems to be very popular...thoughts on it?

I read it a couple of days ago and I enjoyed it. Sad, though. <3

I absolutely LOVED this book! It was so beautiful and the writing was brilliant

I find the author took a different view of things by the narrator being death instead of the girl.

Nice,slow read. But what was the point that the author wanted to prove? Because ultimately (view spoiler)[everyone died (hide spoiler)] here. Or was it just some sad extract of someone's life?
