Sarah Mae (sarahmae) The only book I know that is set in my hometown is Tallahassee Higgins but
I've read that many times as a child so I decided to find something new. Murder with Fried Chicken and Waffles is set in my home county and even has a couple of scenes in Hyattsville.

A cute, new cozy mystery series where the accidental detective is the owner of a soul food restaurant. Lots of great recipes to try and a sequel to come.
