I also can't wait for this book! I've been so excited for Thronos and Lanthe, but now I feel like this book has just as much of my attention. So good!

That scene was just so interesting- the dynamic between Munro and Kereny will be pretty intense. Not to mention the fact that this will be the first female Lykae heroine. I think the dynamic between a male and female lykae pairing is going to pretty hot. Sort of like when Emma is influenced by the instinct after drinking from Lachlain, only more intense because it won't be diluted in Kereny as she'll be a full Lykae.

I agree with Mackenzie, I am very interested in seeing a female lykae. I can't wait for Munro's story.

To add on Mackenzie, it will take Kereny time to get used not only being a Lykae but Munro's mate. I remember her begging Munro to not bite her as she would hate him forever. I think theirs would be an amazing story and I trust Kresely to make it intense and super hot.

Definitely. You know the slow burn in this one will be awesome. The "hate to want it" mentality, at least on Kereny's side. And Munro's anguish when he had to bite her. The scene has just totally set up such a dramatic story already.

I'm also really excited to see Kereny's struggle as a turned Lykae. If she'll be vicious and uncontrollable, or if because Munro's her mate she feel the same intensity of attraction he does.

Is there any news when this book is coming out? The wait is driving me crazy.

Well the next book is Dark Skye and we assume that in 10-14 months after that there'll probably be another book. Maybe Munro + Kereny but maybe not.

I'm guessing after Dark Skye it'll be another year before she comes out with another Immortals book they have been coming further apart since she been writing on different series of books

Bummer.

i'm sorry but can anyone point out to me where Munro and Kereny scene takes place and which book? I don't remember reading anything of either of them :(

The end of MacRieve

I just finally read MacRieve last week. That scene was intense! I'm sure the book will be too.

I know, I can't even read the epilogue anymore because I want to read it NOW. Of course now that Dark Skye came out, I'm all about Furie and Kristoff. KC teased us about them back in Lothaire and that came out in 2012.

I keep rereading the epilogue from MacRieve. I really hope their story is the next one to come out.

Yeah! It will most probably be the first couple in IAD who are actually of the same species.

And the title for the next upcoming book is out now!

That epilogue had my blood pumping through my veins. When it finished I was all like "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO, where are the next pages?!".
Needless to say I expect Munro to suffer through this book and Kereny to be hurt and hard to get( with the transformation and being taken away from her wedding and family and all). That will only make the HEA so much sweeterrrrr:D. OMG I need this book like yesterday.

I was so surprised when I read the end of MacRrieve and we have yet to hear about anything! I'm sure Sweet Ruin will be wonderful, but it's sad to think that it could be another year or two until we read about Munro and Kereny!

Does anyone know if there will be books after the Ascension, or will that end the series?

Still no Munro and Kereny book???? I have been reading them all in order and now I'm on Sweet Ruin.

Well the couple hasn't been mentioned but the next book will be of a wolf according to kresley so...fingers crossed.

Can anyone tell me what species Ren is? Would she be Human/Lykae, Turned Lykae or Huntress/Lykae?

I could not believe I missed the release by so much. But I’ve read Munro and I fell in love with IAD and reading again. I’m so glad our favorite award-winning romance author is active again.
