I think we need to discuss ways to get people more active.

Yes, that's good. I suggest sending personal messages to people with 0 comments. Something like,"Hey! We'd love it if you were active! xoxo" It's worked in my other groups.

I can do that! Another that might get everyone involved too is for us mods to come up with a specific plot to follow that way everyone can contribute together. It worked in the other group I run. We can ask the others in the group for ideas or discuss it here.
