Elizabeth | 11 comments Hi everyone!! This is the new discussion for the Harry Potter series... anyone who has read it (whether you liked it or not!), wants to read it, is currently reading it, or has watched the movies. Personally, I think it was a great series!!! Let me know what you guys think it would be great to talk about it

I watched the first movie but didn't finish it(watched it at general music when there was a sub) and i don't read the books but if you can write a little bit about it.

Hey. I haven´t read any of the books or seen the movies, because I never really thought of them being in my interests. I guess I know the basics of the series (I mean who doesn't?), but what is it really about? PLEASE NOBODY HATE ME FOR NOT READING THEM !!!

So do you think I would like it? I usually like mystery and realistic fiction books, but I also like magical realism and fantasy most of the time. I also know for a fact that my brother has the whole series(I think). :)

Elizabeth | 11 comments Well, you really don't know if you like a book until you read it, but since there are 7 books, I think that you should at least give the first one a try.

BUT BEWARE!!! The beginning of ALL the books is really boring, so in the first book, just keep reading... when Harry gets to Hogwarts, the action begins and it'll start getting really great!!!

Frank.Uli | 1 comments Wouldnt Harry Potter be a round and dynamic character because he changes a lot and has a lot of traits?

Elizabeth | 11 comments Um, well I would say he is dynamic because he goes from a scrawny little halfblood to a great, strong wizard who defeats Voldemort, but honestly, he doesn't really have a lot of traits. I would like you to name 10 traits that he has... its hard. Therefore, I'm not sure about the round part.

Georgia Carrino | 3 comments Hi everyone. I am reading Harry Potter 1 again and if anyone wants to discuss dialogue you can go on my discussions about the book!

Also I love Harry Potter. Neville is the best

Georgia Carrino | 3 comments And would anybody like to discuss how quickly Hermione changed? After Ron and Harry rescued her from the troll in the first book. She changed instantly from threatening to tell on them if they lied to lying herself to protect them! Also, I think this is partially her dialogue because what she says is a big part of her because she's kind of a smart mouth.
