Training geound for the catchers in training.

Scarlet sighed then she put her eye to the sight of the gun and proceeded to shoot at the dummy targets

Ollie walked toward Scarlet with a serious look on his face. "Shooting a dummy may seem all to easy, but imagine that as a real person."

Scarlet smirked and said,"its easier when you start shootings a gun at a real person they turn into animals"

"So, you think you could kill a DMG on the run who was threatening the life of another human," Oliver prompted. "You would put a bullet in their head."

Yep said Scarlet trying to sound confident even though she hated killing

"I highly doubt that," Oliver said. "Everytime you kill, you lose a little bit of your soul."

Scarlet laughed an said," then my brother and dad have no soul"

Ollie nodded, smiling. "How many did they kill, together?"

Scarlet sighed and said,"around 250 my dad is like 80 percent of that"

"Are you proud of them?" Ollie asked. "Do you want to be like them? A killer?"

She gave a sad laugh and said,"me no but I understand that we must sacrifice what we like to keep on going"

"Sacrifice is an interesting word," Ollie said, resisting the urge to laugh. "Sacrifice implies losing something valuable. DMGs are not valuable. They're monsters."

"Their interesting" said Scarlet looking at him mad," they are something new and people hate new things"

But they must be killed for the government to go on said Scarlet their a thorn in our side

"Interesting," Ollie stated. "Interesting to figure out perhaps, but they are not people. You must understand that."

"Maybe they are maybe they aren't" said Scarlet,"but they are interesting people with powers real life superman but here's the catch we hold the edge on them"

"Specify please," Ollie said. "What edge do we have over super powered humans? Our weapons?"

"Fear" said Scarlet," they fear the government we have the power to crush them"

Ollie nodded. He then went to the weapons rack and grabbed a bow and a quiver. "They must also fear the power of the catchers," he said as he placed an arrow on the string, "and our ability to ruin their lives." At that point, the arrow flew into the dummy's chest.

Scarlet laughed and said," yeah they do"

"I would hope so, Scarlet," Ollie said. "How is your training going?"

"It's boring" said Scarlet

Ollie shrugged. He didn't go through typical training. He was one of the earlier catchers. "It's a lot better once you start field training," he offered.

"Obviously I go sometimes with my dad and brother" said Scarlet

"Well, it's not quite the same as having your own mission," he told her. "Now I would like you to face away from the dummy."

((It's alright))

"Why?" Asked scarlet her body tensing

"Just do it, okay?" Olly instructed. "I am teaching you something."

"Fine" said Scarley as she turned her back on him

He turned to the weapons rack and got out a knife. "Hold this. Tightly."

She clutched the knife

"Throw it at me," Olly told her. "I won't flinch. Throw it."

She threw it at him

Olly ducked suddenly and watched the knife slam into the wall. "You didn't flinch," he noted. "Impressive."

"I've seen enough deaths that they don't bother me besides if you died life would be easier on all the catchers in training" said Scarlet

"Excuse me?" Olly said, angered. "What did you mean by that?"

"You heard me" said Scarlet

"Okay, be that way," Olly said. With that he began to warm up, starting with 5 sets of 20 push ups. If the trainee wanted to be sassy, she could be,

"So now what" asked Scarlet

"Now nothing," he said. "It's easier on you if I simply don't exist, am I right? So go train yourself." With that he began lifting.

She laughed and said ok I guess I hit a soft spot then she went and started doing a agility course

"Luke would be proud," Olly noted. "Very proud."

"Whatever" said Scarlet

Olly smirked. "You don't care what you're old man thinks?"

"If I did I would be like my brother" said Scarlet," My brother thinks killing makes my father proud he's likes people with brains"

"I'd say he's impressive, but I get you," Olly said. "Brains are admirable."

"Who's impressive my brother or father" asked Scarlet

"Both," he stated as he walked toward her. "Your brother is certainly on the rise. I find him to be highly skilled."

"He is getting smarter and he has the bloodlust and the ambition of my father and my father is my father" said Scarlet as she tensed waiting him to make his move

Olly lifted his bow. "I am in admiration of his skill," Olly stated before placing an arrow on the string and letting it fly.
