Siamese cats talk a lot and Persians you can barely hear. So funny. I consider my pets therapy. During bad times I know I can sit with them and talk. Sounds odd but at least they don't go back to so and so and say gossip! Nor do they judge me by my mistakes big or small. My cats don't run to their fresh food or fresh water. They come to me to be. I usually wonder about that. They love me first overall!!
Sorry if any typos, sleepy
Hey you guys! Hope all is well! Weather is changing a bit down south here. Cooler nights. Time for flu shots. Better season/reason for cuddled up book reading! An idea from another site. List couple books we want to read and each other choose the one!My list:

So busy at work! Wish I had time to read and review more but it's so difficult!! I'm so tired I'm cross-eyed! But I love coming on here. I also do a lot od correspondence by mail. I'm old fashioned that way. Hope to learn to write with quill and ink someday! What are all you ladies up too? This site is till set up right?
I've been busy between two jobs. Hardly had time to read anything lately :( the next couple of days will be quite hectic too. Maybe by next week I'll be able to finish a book and review it! Here's hoping...
7:30mam Mon morning. Have to be to work at 10am. Thought I'd spend some time on here trying to win! You ladies have a good day! Talk to ya'll later. Review time coming up!
Morning! Sorry I haven't been too active, I've been pretty busy. Right now I'm reading a sci-fi book. The author is a scientist so she loves explaining all her tech in great detail. My husband read this series and he says that she finds her balance between science and plot in the second book so I'm interested to see where it goes.
Good morning lovelies! It seems we've all be busy - life is like that! I'm reading the second book in Scott Lynch's Gentleman Bastard series. I read the first one over a year ago and I remember crying so hard! I figured I could go on another emotional journey of hilarity! It's a slow process but I hope to, at the very least, have a halfway through review up in the next week.
Today was a nice rainy day, off from work, to read. Nope, what did I do? Napped? 8pm now and raining and again I want to nap!! LOL
Yes, go under Giveaways. Then scroll and look at the books offered daily. I sometimes go a couple days ahead if I'm bored and just want to look at books. Some may not be your genre and a couple might be so hit them to enter and confirm address. It's fun after a while. Then read it and leave a review on Goodread, Amazon and where ever else site you may go on (Faceboook etc). Good Luck!! PS. It's at the top, the arrow pointing down. next to "explore" The arrow drops down then hit Giveaways.
Happy ThanksgivingOn The Life of a Book Addict we will be discussing and reviewing
